Our stay at leeza was memorable and a lot of credit goes to the property management. The property is very close to the main road and easily accessible. They also have parking outside the Leela Resort, The Exotic Boutique Hotel (Pure Veg), which was very convenient and felt safe. The staff also happily cleaned our car while we were leaving after three days of stay at a very nominal cost. The rooms were well maintained, they have two private seating areas in the terrace which is lovely and gives a nice view of the mountains. There’s a small library and a cute little area for reading. One can order food and drinks and spend a nice evening up at the terrace. Also, the food was excellent, not very greasy and they make everything fresh on order. Breakfast spread was also good, with a variety of options pleasing to all taste buds. The service was brilliant, there was literally a person who would personally take care of your needs. They’re also very flexible with cleaning and other services. One can request for cleaning even during the evening, and they will happily agree to it. There is a pool in the property which wasn’t very clean when we stayed, but that could be because there were not many people in the property during weekdays, but we saw them cleaning it as more people arrived. They also suggested places to visit and helped us with the directions. They also have spa services on demand at very nominal prices. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay and it all felt very premium.

Restaurant staff is always excited to serve delectable food, food is very testy and healthy made of fresh vegetables. We have taken 3n 3d package. Hotel has only 12 rooms like a small apartment building. Small dining with 5 - 6 table for 4 seater. Rooms & bath room are with decent interior. Good quality they used for the room furniture, now apart of room there is not enough premises, very small site out area and very small swimming pool. Mainly this property is like apartment Leela Resort, The Exotic Boutique Hotel (Pure Veg). They don't have car parking zone also. We have to park the car outside the Leela Resort, The Exotic Boutique Hotel (Pure Veg) on road side. It's pure veg. Hotel, we preferred this as we are looking for jain food. Its around 6. 5km away from main market. For me this is not value for money Leela Resort, The Exotic Boutique Hotel (Pure Veg).

We booked this Leela Resort, The Exotic Boutique Hotel (Pure Veg) expecting a relaxed weekend craving for scenic location, quality food and central location. The Leela Resort, The Exotic Boutique Hotel (Pure Veg) passed all these expectations with flying colors. It is a nice little Leela Resort, The Exotic Boutique Hotel (Pure Veg) tucked away on a small hill and view from our balcony was great. We splashed around in swimming pool which was well maintained. We also ordered snacks here which were tasty. The breakfast was too good with almost 15 items to fill our hungry stomachs. Property is clean and staff is courteous. I would definitely recommend this Leela Resort, The Exotic Boutique Hotel (Pure Veg).

We visited leela resort during winters so the climate was awesome and the view from our balcony was cherry to it. The rooms were neat and clean. Any toiletries if required were provided at the earliest. Our entire family loved the comfort of the room, the balcony view, and the warmth in the rooms. Kid z loved the play zone area. The breakfast items were limited but good quality & taste. The Leela Resort, The Exotic Boutique Hotel (Pure Veg) has beautifully planted colorful flowers in its entrance which gives positive wibe. Indeed a lovely experience in the Leela Resort, The Exotic Boutique Hotel (Pure Veg).

It's a small place and a very small pool, with all modern amenities and a modern boutique style look and feel. Because it's so small the staff is also a small team and not always capable of meeting the highest standards, although all intentions were good. Maybe because there were no other guests it was not possible to get our breakfast earlier than 8:30 which i find very late if travelling. We were supposed to leave at 8:30 but the front desk / management only showed up at 8;50 am so they could not help with our early breakfast and they still needed to do the checkout at a later moment we had agreed.

I stayed at this property for 2 nights and had a great experience. Stayed in the superior crest room, which felt very luxurious due to its bathtub and the amazing view from the balcony. The only negative of the resort was that it was quite small with fewer amenities as compared to other resorts in Mahabaleshwar. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was 24/7 hot water facility and the staff in the resort was super friendly and ready to help always. Overall a great experience and would recommend this resort if you are looking to chill and rest in your room.

Leela resort is one of the most cleanest property i have ever visited. Staff is very supportive and polite. All the visiting sites / points like old mahabaleshwar temple / kates point / echo point / go karting are located nearby property. I recommend staying at the top floor because of the view you get from the balcony is very amazing. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. Pure veg restaurant is available at 2nd floor and serves great quality food. Overall very nice property. Do stay here if you are planning your trip to mahabaleshwar.

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay in Leela Resorts, the staff always very helpful and kind. The front desk people were very helpful and guided us to plan the days in Mahabaleshwar. The food is good ; rooms had a beautiful Mountain View. It was worth spending time there. 😎🥳

It was wonderful stay for piece out of city croud and great valley view from room. Ideal for those who love and need peace of mind and silence location, the negative point is over priced.

It's a good property to visit. Rooms are cosy and quiet during weekdays. There are good options for breakfast with live counters and the ala carte menu options like pasta and lasagna cannot be ignored.
