Rating: 4/5 i recently had the pleasure of staying at leela resort, and overall, it was a great experience. The Leela Resort, The Exotic Boutique Hotel (Pure Veg)'s location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The view from my room was simply stunning, overlooking the hills. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always eager to assist with any queries or requests. The Leela Resort, The Exotic Boutique Hotel (Pure Veg)'s cleanliness and amenities were also up to par. However, there was one area that fell short of my expectations - the food quality. While the breakfast spread was decent, the lunch and dinner options need improvement. The dishes lacked flavor and presentation, and the menu was limited. Despite this, i would still recommend leela to travelers. With a bit of improvement in the culinary department, this Leela Resort, The Exotic Boutique Hotel (Pure Veg) could truly excel. Perhaps considering a new chef or revamping the menu could make all the difference. In summary, if you're looking for a great location, fantastic view, and friendly staff, leela is a good choice.

The leela is not the famous leela Leela Resort, The Exotic Boutique Hotel (Pure Veg) but is privately owned property. It's a very small property with only 12 rooms. But the rooms are very good, specious. It really looks like a 4 - 5 star category room. Terrace, top roof seating area is excellent, no where one will find such a place. The staff is very good. A small but very decent restaurant with excellent vegetarian choices. Food quality is also very good. All in one, this is a very good property where we stayed very happily.

The property's location is really good with respect to both panchagani's and mahabaleshwar's viewpoints. It's easy to travel both ways. It's a small property but well maintai pouchesned. The rooms are hygienic and the amenities are good. The staff is helpful and the food quality is superb. Loved their versatile breakfast menu. They have a small games room which can be maintained better. Their gazebos are wonderful.

The property even though was small but we had an excellent time staying here the staff was so friendly and helpful and the hospitality is the best feature of this property. The food was delicious as well as the hygiene. If you are looking for a quite get away and want the feels of your home this is the place for you.

It’s a well built Leela Resort, The Exotic Boutique Hotel (Pure Veg). In the monsoon don’t forget to use their rooftop gazebo. Very close to club mahindra so if ever some of your family and friends are at club mahindra and you can’t find more rooms leela is your place

The property was fabulous, rooms are properly cleaned and sanitized, they have vegetarian menu and food is delicious. One can choose for stay with friends, couples etc. The swimming pool was in maintenance rest all things were great by leela resort.

It was a wonderful stay. The food was great and the rooms were neat and clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean too, which is a huge plus. The service staff was prompt and hospitality was excellent.

Stay was good, room was neat but some smell one coming from bathroom. Dedicated parking is not available. Food was very good, common area, games room where good. Pool area was also good. Staff was courteous.

Room was clean and tidy and view from super crest room was great. Food was also very tasty and wide variety of items were there. Staff were also well behaved and supportive.
