The ambience and the place is ok. The front desk staff are rude and very uncooperative. Even the housekeeping takes a long time to respond. The only good part is that the breakfast has a good spread and the place is centrally located.

Location of the hotel is good, good connectivity to public transport. Rooms were okay, washrooms were clean. Food is good however services at restaurant are very slow. Check-in experience was really poor, have to wait for almost 45 mins to get the room key. There is no welcome drink and front desk was not very pleasing.
