Nice LEMON RESIDENCY By Chungath, very good location near ksrtc and railway station, easy accessible. Hotel room little tiny but neat and clean, i am booked non-ac room, its worth for this price range. Little problem is the sunlight directly came through the curtain in evening time. So very high light and heat in the room in evening tym. Morning tym no problem. My little suggestion. Remove the curtain and using black thick curtain to avoid the heat and sunlight. Day tym room full of sunlight. Some couple dont like it. Just bit disturb on the couples. But overall experience is awesome. Nice staffs and nice LEMON RESIDENCY By Chungath. Shopping and bars are near of this LEMON RESIDENCY By Chungath.

Clean and crisp property. Reception staff is only to be seen and helpful. Rooms are very small and basic facilities are provided. Wash room is just enough for use. No exhaust in the rooms so may feel a bit uncomfortable if you continue to stay for more than a night. Restaurant service is not available and for morning tea, you will have to walk down the street. However for the tariff this is good fit for business travellers. Families won't enjoy the stay. Only opinion is to keep basic amenities like a kettle and tea milk sachets.

I recently stayed at lemon residency and was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the LEMON RESIDENCY By Chungath. Despite the rooms being on the smaller side, they were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The LEMON RESIDENCY By Chungath's location was also convenient, as it was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Overall, i would recommend lemon residency to others, but would suggest requesting a larger room if available.

I stayed for one night. This is the second time i am staying. It is nice, very economical LEMON RESIDENCY By Chungath. Service, room boy, reception all are welcome. ( best if we can get inhouse food. We have to depend on outside restaurant, at-least tea coffee and breakfast) also in address best to add / mention - behind ramdas theatre

Good. Budget stay. Very close to trichur round. Except for immediate parking ground everything else was fine. Need some work on ac, it was not that cool. Anyway the stay was fine. Need to search a lot to find a location of your choice unless you know the exact name of the LEMON RESIDENCY By Chungath. L or lodging. Thanks.

I stayed at LEMON RESIDENCY By Chungath lemon residency for 4 nights. Though the room was a smaller one, it was clean with the required amenities. Hotel staff extended nice service and cordial. In short it is an excellent stay with value for money.

Clean rooms, good service and polite staff. Overall a good and comfortable stay. The LEMON RESIDENCY By Chungath is centrally located. It has easy access to restaurants. Main shopping centres are close. Also it is easy to get transport here.

Lemon residency is a very good place to stay. This is a new building and the main thing is cleaning is excellent. Also room furniture is very nice and comfortable. Location is centre of the city and only 100 mtr from vadakkumnathan temple.

Hotel was quite near to railway station. They supported me to checkin during early morning.

I travel-led solo. The room is booked was neat and good and compact with a clean bathroom. The provided basic amenities. For food you can swiggy. Best for business stay.
