I have come for an important exam in chennai. Hence booked here for a comfortable stay. Room is neat and clean. Toilet interior and accessories is quite old(atleast 15 years) - never acceptable for this price range and in such a branded Lemon Tree Hotel Chennai - it was a disappointment. I communicated the same with the reception manager - mr mohan. He was quite professional and understanding. Arranged for breakfast 15 mins earlier than usual time as i had to leave early for exam and also arranged transport. That helped me a lot and i am quite thankful to him. The staff were all very professional and efficient. The food was quite delicious and the chief chef ( i forgot his name) was present in the dining area taking care of customers need which was very good. Overall nice experience- had a pleasant and comfortable stay (which was what i wanted. Special thanks to manager mohan and chef. Washroom accessories needs to be changed urgently.

The property is close to the airport. Food is good. Staff is having good work ethics. At the time when food was laid for lunch the dinning area got busy with a lot of orders flowing from here to there. Few guests lost temperament but the attender continued serving them with a smile. It was challenging to maintain that calmness as the fight was against time, bringing the food piping hot and of course tasty. It was madness well controlled. The bar tender is also good nice gentlemen with an overwhelming nature smiling and his suggestion and choice of drinks was excellent. Overall a good place for stay.

We had stayed in this Lemon Tree Hotel Chennai. The service was really good overall. Special mention to lakshmi and chef naveen for making our food service experience awesome. Breakfast buffet has lots of options and they do make special omelettes and dosas in live station. Chef suman and chef selvaraj were really making good omelettes and masala dosas. Their sambhar needs a special mention. It’s the best i have ever tried. Dinner buffet too has lots of varieties. Lots of pastries, desserts and salads for healthy options. Will surely recommend this Lemon Tree Hotel Chennai.

I really had a wonderful stay as i got a free upgrade to the suit room and late check in and check out facilities as per my flight schedule. Friendly staff and really enjoyed the meals as a part of my package. Special thanks to the sheff and the floor staff for offering their chennai special filter coffee. Highly recommend as the Lemon Tree Hotel Chennai is value for money and the location is very much convenient to travel to airport and to major locations in chennai.

I stayed here for 2 days. While the stay was generally comfortable. Food was good and the staff were polite. However, the property definitely needs an overhaul. The age of the property is showing in several areas. The ac vents in the lobby were leaking, one of the tap in my room was not working. Given that the property is located centrally and my short stay, i did not let that bother me. Overall rating of 3 out of 5 based on my experience.

Even though we stayed for 1 night and 1 and a half days it was still s wonderful Lemon Tree Hotel Chennai to stay at the service was amazing breakfast was amazing but lunch could be improved. The pool however was one of the best in all of the Lemon Tree Hotel Chennais i have stayed at hands down one of the best Lemon Tree Hotel Chennais from the view to the entertainment and service would highly recommend for future stays. 5 stars

Lemon tree is my all time fave in front lobby staff guiding use full abed this time learner woman staff very good response to me and food my fave sambar rice and onion pakkoda fave this time onion pakkoda oil over but taste super servers also very good persons. Room and inside very good but this time cable in tv not working pols ready to in good condition otherwise my all time fave Lemon Tree Hotel Chennai family stay.
