Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok

The Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok was good with good location, food, breakfast and very courteous staff. The big problem was with their travel desk, which apparently they have outsourced. Hired a car one day previously to by travel date from Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok for sightseeing to nathula pass, etc which is at the height of 14 k plus’ feet. Was informed that next day the car will come to pick up at 7. 30 am. Actually the car arrived at 9. 30 am. So our whole program was disrupted as the pass closes around 2. 00 pm. Barely we arrived at 1. 45 pm and we could not spends much time their. And the bad part was that the car was in a very bad condition. Not even the basic facilities like seat belt was available. And the worse part was the driver while climbing down from the nathula pass to gangtok was drunk. He was barely able to keep his eyes open. But by the god’ s grace we arrived safely. Complained to Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok reception but i do not know what action they have taken.

Even though we are residents of gangtok my husband and i, we booked this Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok so that we could have some lone time and some good service. And good service is exactly what we got. I think lemon tree gangtok is lucky to get such dedicated and patient staff who catered to all our demands. I would like to specially mention few names sambho who took such good care of us at slouge and looked after all our request so well without making us feel uncomfortable, he was very willing to give us good service which was a very very good experience. Another one is vikrant who served us during the breakfast at citrus cafe he was equally dedicated to give good service to his guests. It’s a wonderful feeling to check in a Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok where u get to see such good staff. Cu z at the end it’s them who can make or break the deal. All in all it was a good stay and might book the Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok again once the swimming pool starts functioning.

This was my second stay in the Lemon Tree Hotel group. The quality of service which they gave was excellent. You can feel the quality as you enter the Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok and that's why I give 5/5 to this Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok. Food quality was awesome specially recommend for non veg lovers. The staff is very cooperative and courteous. I am mentioning these because due to change of plan I have to shorten my stay for one day and the Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok manager had given us complimentary buffet dinner which I have not expected because my booking was non refundable, so especially thanks to him and also for upgrading my room. I strongly recommend this Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok.

Wonderful stay with wonderful people. The Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok is very nice. The location is good. The surrounding are nice. Thd traveller's should not go for the room with a city view. I was upgraded from city view to mountain view which is excellent. The swimming pool was great. Only issue is that there was no guard around the pool to call for any small issue that may arise. The food was goof. But the biggest issue is that there desserts were way below the mark. Else food was great thud guy named milan at the reception was very nice and do was the balongside her. Keep it up guys. My good wishes to the entire staff.

I won't write much as i've been a lemon tree customer for a long time. This is their 7th location i've stayed in and it's mostly been fine. This property too was as per expectations. Nice clean rooms, excellent service and great location made this a memorable stay. If i've to criticize something, it would be that the room size could've been slightly bigger. With as extra mattress, it was slightly congested. Food too could've been slightly better but guess varies from location to location. All in all, a good stay. I'll look forward to staying again.

Lemon tree gangtok is located near district court gangtok and is surrounded by few small buildings which deter valley view from many rooms. I was lucky to get valley view room at fourth floor. Room was organised well and all standard amenities were made available. I was on map plan and stayed there for 3 nights and 2 days. The in house restaurant at 2nd floor provided sumptuous food and had a nice spread. The souvenir shop in the Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok sells most of the famous sikkim goodies at competitive prices. Overall satisfied.

Celebrated my birthday. Nice view room. Room was neat clean and too spacious. Food was awesome. Service was also very nice. Some of few staffs who are doing extra effort and I would like to mention few names such as chef Raja, Heman, harder, Nima, Kasang and Manas from reception. I would like to recommend all family members friends to visit Lemon Tree Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtoks when they are in Gangtok. Thank you team Lemon Tree Gangtok. Will visit again.

The valley view rooms are amazing, the staff are very humble and kind, worth the stay, the Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok is located near to the district magistrate court taxi stand from where we can hire a taxi to goto MG marg @30 bucks per head ....the menu spread at the citrus restaurant here is good and at par with price, sloungue bar 🍺 prices are also less and can enjoy the climate with a drink ....sitting in the balcony

Services was good. Travel desk pratap arrangements were excellent. Breakfast spread should be better. Repetation of the same items should be avoided.

I visited Gangtok and stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok Lemon Tree with my wife and 3 year old son. It is a good property with all the basic required amenities. The staff and team are excellent, very warm welcoming and helpful. To name a few Mr. Nima from the citrus cafe, Mr. Baban from the housekeeping, Ms. Chongjee from the reception and the travel desk was the biggest help.

Hotel is little away from mayfair - if you are interested in casino. But overall, Lemon Tree Hotel Gangtok is more spacious than ramada in the base category.
