The hotel experience was very bad. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and the staff was not good at all. Even after repeatedly asking for basic things like a plate or a water bottle, they didn’t provide anything. Despite calling several times, no service was given. There was no room cleaning either. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

The stay was good. Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Rooms were quite spacious including the washroom. Only area of improvement was that the buffet could have better options. There were no good dessert options as expected. Otherwise, everything was very good.
