All the staff members are very polite and helpful, to name a few akshay, santosh etc. However, the Lemon Tree Hotel Indore infra is designed inappropriately. Key example 1) twin bed are fixed so a family with small kid cannot stay and the same is not clearly defined while booking. 2) room with bath tub, places soaps and shower in such a way that person needs to stand in a bath tub and take a shower/bath. This can be very risky due to potential slippery. Staff members keep on trying to help guest in the most possible way but outdated infra needs a remodeling

Stay was pleasant . On request room was changed immediately and given good one. In my opinion rooms need renovations . However staff very cooperative.

Good ambience, interiors, service, ac, cleanliness, wifi. Toilet-bath are old but well kept. Rooms are not crammed. Beds & linen crisp & clean. Good security system. Trained, modest staff. Good location in heart of city.
