Truly the best option in this city for a comfortable stay at a slightly premium pricing. Pros- super friendly staff, - both at reception, permitted early check-in and great staff at the dining area. Fantastic buffet at bf and dinner with people waiting on you and checking on your needs, best part is they employ specially abled people which is such a noble gesture. Go for it if you want a peaceful stay in the heart of the city close to station and other major landmarks. I really have to nitpick to find cons - but i would two areas of improvement - 1) pols instruct your guests to use the proper swimming costume in the pool area, i have seen people jumping into the pools wearing salwar and kurtas with no proper shower or wearing swimming caps before entering pool, 2) pols recheck the gym equipment, while it is a terrific fitness area, some equipment was broken. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will surely recommend to anyone who is visiting the city

Hotel staff ‘ behaviour including at reception and restaurant were super friendly. They provided us room in early check in without any extra cost and on 2nd day after check out in the evening when we were sitting on sofa near reception, receptionist asked us our train time which was late night and after knowing this the gentleman immediately provided us a room for rest and it was a new experience for us which made us very pleasant and even restaurant staff’s behaviour were very cooperative. Hotel’s breakfast and dinner both were delicious. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for us and we will always recommend this Lemon Tree Hotel, Jhansi to our friends. Thanks

We decided to stay at the lemon tree, jhansi for our weekend trip to jhansi. This was our first time staying at lemon tree and i must say we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in the junior suite and the interiors were modern and comfortable. Just loved the amenities provided by the Lemon Tree Hotel, Jhansi. The only thing lacking a bit was the food. We had chosen the buffet dinner and breakfast option, but think they can do better in this aspect. But all this apart, would definitely be coming back for the comfort and hospitality.

As we checked in we hard to wait for half an hour due to delay in housekeeping services. Howver, the overall was good. The staff was primarily busy because of a wedding ceremony going on in th Lemon Tree Hotel, Jhansi. Overall the stay was good. One of the most like-able things about this property was that they have hired disabled staff. It was good to see that lemon tree is hiring and empowering disabled people. They understood everything and were very polite.

Every things are good food quality and taste is excellent, service in restaurant and room is very slow i received my order after 1 hours one more thing is most problematic which is valet parking no any drivers available any time if we use basement parking by self there is no stairs or lift for Lemon Tree Hotel, Jhansi from basement you should have to come at Lemon Tree Hotel, Jhansi by using ramp only which is very risky and uncomfortable also.

I had a very comfortable and peaceful stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Jhansi lemon tree jhansi. Comfortable rooms, quite hygienic, the food was tasty. They go beyond boundaries to help the customer. They genuinely take care of your demands. Mr niranjan was a great support. Ms priyanka in the restaurant made me feel at home. I would love to book them in the future as well!

The location of the Lemon Tree Hotel, Jhansi is excellent. You have ample choices of conveyance, food and amenities. The service is a bit slow but in house keeping mr narsingh is good. The breakfast is sumptuous and the servers are very polite and helpful. Mr surendra stands out. The room however is small for 3 persons. All in all a good stay.

Amazing stay, i didn't expect tier 2 city lemontree to be so good, but i was stunned, it's just like any other lemontree chain but with a sweet touch of local people. I loved the stay, unfortunately i was only there for a night as a part of my road trip stay. I would really love to stay there again whenever i cross jhansi.

It was very nice place to stay and was too confortable. Only the toileties are provided for single person whereas stay was for two.
