Extremely disappointed. I have stayed at world-class hotels and resorts, but this was the worst hospitality experience ever. Basic courtesy was missing. My 4-year-old child was charged for milk, and even the veg sandwich served at hi-tea was later added to the bill and taken signature for it. Completely unacceptable and shocking. Terrifying experience overall. Strongly NOT recommended. Will make sure to inform everyone to avoid this property.

The room service was exceptional, with prompt responses to any requests. I was especially impressed by how efficiently and politely everything was handled. Whether it was a request for extra amenities or a quick room cleaning, the staff were always on their toes, ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. Staff & Service: What really stood out was the staff. Every single member of the team was courteous, polite, and genuinely eager to assist. Special mention goes to Sunil, the manager, who exemplified outstanding customer service skills. He made sure that all my needs were met, and his attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable. His approachable nature and professionalism were truly commendable. Overall Experience: I felt truly valued as a guest throughout my stay. A very pleasant property for a day or two stay. The staff is very courteous and they are on their toes for any service you would want. The property is easily accessible on Dharampur kasauli road. The rooms are spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Service is prompt. The food is excellent and served hot. The view from our room was very refreshing.
