Lemon Tree Hotel Katra

It was comforting stay. We reached early at 9:30 and they were generous enough to provide the early checkin. Food is yummy(ala carte, buffet is also ok as it is served without onion and garlic. A loo parathas are very good in buffet. They also has provided the drop to banganga(included in our package) and we easily had the cab from katra to jammu airport in rs 2000 arranged by the Lemon Tree Hotel Katra. Staff is really generous and supportive. Location- very near to railway station but little far from main katra market. Auto from Lemon Tree Hotel Katra won't be available. You have to walk 300-400m to railway station and from there you can have auto for market for 160 rupees. Only one dissatisfaction was neither room or the bathroom had the exhaust. And the window in the room had the permanent glass making the room smelly.

I recently stayed at lemon tree Lemon Tree Hotel Katra in katra with my family and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The Lemon Tree Hotel Katra's location is convenient for pilgrims visiting the vaishno devi shrine. The in-house restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes. However, the Lemon Tree Hotel Katra should consider including complimentary pick-up from tarakote/banganga for added convenience. Overall, it was a delightful and hassle-free stay, and i would recommend it to others visiting katra.

This property is located near railway station. Drop facility is available for local market, helipad and yatra starting point. Staff here is very courteous and ready to help. Food is average and excessively high priced. Like after paying 150 for tea you expect good quality cookies along with tea not good day biscuit. Rooms were neat and clean but the interior was average not matching with lemon tree standard. Window ac was installed in our room which is as usual little noisy. View from room was great we can see yatra route and hill from our room.

The Lemon Tree Hotel Katra is situated in a peaceful location with a beautiful mata rani parvati view. The rooms are spacious and nicely maintained. Couple of suggestions. 1. The water from the bathing area flows to the toilet side drenching towel to discomfort 2. The space for the tv set top box is not adequate so it is hanging spoiling looks. Housekeeping staff specifically ms jyoti is cordial and ensures quick service. Restaurant staff rahul and sai sharma are wonderful people. Rahul takes care of the customers just by their gestures.

It was an excellent experience. We reached before check in timing, but since we have informed Lemon Tree Hotel Katra well in advance through ' make my trip, they have accommodated us without any extra charge. Room was specious with all necessary amenities. Cleanliness of room, linen and surrounding was top class. We dined in Lemon Tree Hotel Katra restaurant. Food was awesome. If i get a chance i will stay again in lemon tree Lemon Tree Hotel Katra. Thank you ' make my trip' for making my stay memorable.

The rooms need a bit of renovation but the staff is its biggest usp. Everyone from the people in kitchen and the reception area were extra helpful and warm. Our daughter wasn’t well so they packed khichdi and paranthas for her without charging us. Even after check out time we had to wait at the lounge area as our train was delayed so they let us use the wifi too so there lovely gestures have totally floored us. Would love to come back to this property in future as well.

The Lemon Tree Hotel Katra is located very near to the railway station. The Lemon Tree Hotel Katra arranges for a free drop to banganga checkpost which is commendable. I feel the Lemon Tree Hotel Katra lacks manpower. I told to take my clothes for laundry which didn't happen. Laundry bag itself was not available in the room. My bathroom lock was broken and the door was very hard to open and close. Ac was a old window ac which was very noisy. Overall it's a average stay

Stay was great. The person mr manoj was super cooperative. Allowed us to stay in room for 2 hours post checkout as our train got delayed. Definitely recommended

The room was comfortable but there should be less power cuts because the light goes off every 30 minutes and the food was average but the housekeeping was really fast overall it was an average experience.

It is a beautiful Lemon Tree Hotel Katra at a serene location. Overall a relaxed stay. The only concern was they were unable to provide drop at banganga to us due to rush so we have to take an auto till there.
