Check in experience, room ambience and cleanliness and staff support was exemplary. Pricing was also very reasonable. Food quality was excellent. Few points for improvement we ordered food (room service) on Lemon Tree Hotel Lucknow food application. However it was not displaying in their system and after a long wait we had to again order through phone. This is a small glitch and can be improved upon. In early morning, we had to struggle for taxi to airport and Lemon Tree Hotel Lucknow staff could not help on this. There can be some emergency taxi support service available at reception desk. Overall excellent stay and we will revisit again in same Lemon Tree Hotel Lucknow

The staff at front desk or restaurant or housing keeping are to the mark. Very polite and friendly. The stay was comfortable but there is issue of power back up. The power goes off frequently and the to restore power it takes a break of almost 15/20 secs. Which is high time. Location is perfect. Services are excellent. Food was also good. Good ambience. But the issue with lobby cooling. To sit in the lobby area is horrible. Ac’s are not at all working. Specially during the peak summer one checks-in to a place for comfort.

During my stay, i experienced a delightful blend of comfort and hospitality. The accommodation was immaculate and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a restful and convenient stay. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions and local points of interest. Overall, my stay was thoroughly enjoyable and exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

Overall good experience. But i had to face many problems like they guys not serve by self i had to ask every thing. Like a shaving kit, towel, shampoo. Other the other hand once i entered for check in no one came till my room. I had to drag my language self. They didn't confirm which services i have to take from that Lemon Tree Hotel Lucknow like you could use swimming pool, jim etc.

The staff, specially on the front desk was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and well organized. Property is easily reachable. Then the food offered to us for dinner and breakfast was very good and delicious. I specially wanted to praise the service and particularly mr. Harvansh he was really helpful and very polite. Overall i will give 5 star to the experience

Stay at lemon tree is something which cannot be described in words. There is emotion attached to it. I am parent of a special child. Lemon tree group was the first chain of Lemon Tree Hotel Lucknows to provide employment to special kids, which helped then to lead thier life with dignity and opened the door of employment for those kids. Salute to the group.

Room no 408 a. C. Was not effective enough to cool the room. Complaint was made for it twice. Ambience was good. Food served was excellent. There was less space for car parking. Also reception people were very cooperative and understanding. Also the staff in citrus cafe needs to be changed. Personally didn't like their attitude towards customer.

Good medium Lemon Tree Hotel Lucknow with 50 rooms. Neat and clean, similar standards or upkeep across country. The staff is courteous right from the front office to the rooms and of course, the restaurant! a touch of human hands to the cuisine with sumptuous and relishing meals ! quiet ambience inside the Lemon Tree Hotel Lucknow.

Excellent lemontree at excellent location. Just opposite the airport. Very cordial staff. We reached late night, but the food prepared and served by mr. Manvendra dwivedi was superb. Also his interaction was just excellent. He gave us the typical feel of city of nawabs.

It was a short stay but the stay was comfortable, hassle free check in and nice location will definitely stay here next time

It was all good: staff, food, location, and ambiance. It is well connected to the metro and near the airport.

Lemon tree is one of my favorite Lemon Tree Hotel Lucknow. The staffs are very professional. They behave so gently. Rooms are very neat and clean including washrooms. Food is also delicious.
