Reaching the location of the hotel property was challenging due to to steep terrain and rainy season, but the property location and the view of the valley and mountains from the location is mesmerizing. The stay was comfortable, food was good and all facilities extended were good, a lag in room service is an issue but overall our stay was comfortable with family. Overall a recommend property for stay and relaxation !!

Property is good. View from the property is awesome. Am stay der for 3 night. Food is not upto mark as they charged from us. Very limited staff at the time of breakfast and dinner. They always forgot order. We have to wait 20 to 25 min for single order.

We just LOVED our stay here. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Though we couldn't enjoy the pool, but were pleasantly surprised to know that they had a swimming pool. The views from the property are superb and lovely. Cons- 1. Restaurant staff need more training on maintaining hygiene. Feedback was shared with the manager. 2. There is no covered area for loading luggage and in case of rain, it's a challenge to load the luggage on the carrier without getting wet. 3. No provision for driver boarding and lodging and given the remote location? it was difficult for my driver. 4. Having your own vehicle is a must as the location is far from the city and there is no public transport.

I have lived at several Lemom tree properties but this stay was unique. There was the baseline lemon tree service excellence and atop that a very personalized, warm and welcoming approach this property has. Done up in mahogony and reflecting the British mountain lodges, Lemon tree mcleodganj is a 100/100 property. Even if you do not want to be touristy, you can sit in the well appointed balcony and stare at the dhauladhar ranges sipping tea or wine. The staff particularly Arti and Priya made the stay worthwhile. Also, the room service, internet connectivity, hygiene and a sense of 5 star stay in the quiant hills was worth every penny. The quiet luxury concept seems ultra premium when you are lost in your thoughts on their amazing terrace, looking at the snow clad mountains and somebody quietly places a steaming cup of tea and cookies. it also feels very homely when while you are departing someone comes to see you off with complimentary water bottles and wishes for safe travels

Best Hotel in Dharamshala. 10/10 for property's location ( best view in dharamshala) 10/10 for staff behavior Everyone starting from gaurds, kitchen staff, housekeeping staff, chefs, reception were so well behaved and made sure we had no issues and everything we asked for was catered to. When I come back to Dharamshala this is the only place I am staying BIG THANKS to every staff member of Lemon Tree Dharamshala Stayed there for 4 nights. Couple along with infant.

Overall good. Few suggestions: The buffet breakfast can have some more options. Reception should also have at least paracetamol for children.

"Towering mountains cloaked in snow, surrounded by cedar and pine trees, this hotel was a tourist spot in itself. The picturesque location, beautifully decorated rooms, friendly and cheerful staff, excellent service, and delicious food captivated our hearts. A stay that will always be remembered.

The hotel is in a secluded space and is surrounded by trees and forest, the view from top category rooms is stunning.. the terrace and rooftop views are gorgeous...food is excellent, staff is prompt and helpful, service is great...the corridors are too narrow so the sound of outside is quite loud so if you have a big group next to your room then god help you or the hotel will help you, weekends are packed otherwise it’s not that crowded
