Excellent location though the route is little dicey if you are driving on your own and have not much experience of driving in hills. The check in was smooth and comfortable. Rooms were clean and nice. Some common amenities like bathroom slippers were missing. We reached the Lemon Tree Hotel Mcleodganj in late evening and went for dinner which was included in our package. *there was no buffet. We were given a one page typed set menu and asked to order from it. No snacks were there in it but the chef was gracious to serve us one serving of dimsums for the 5 of us. Food quality and quantity were excellent. Mr. Kotwal served us wuth love and affection. Tantrums of the kid with us were very well taken care of and the food was customized for him. During our stay of two nights we had manchow soup which tasted heavenly. Then mix sauce pasta, hakka noodles and veg manchurian which were all good. We also tasted yellow dal, dal makhni, pane-er makhni, palak pane-er which i recommend to all. The other sore point was that the cleaning staff did not replenish the toiletries and kits. But all said and done it is a very good property. Forgot to mention about breakfast buffet which was wholesome and delicious. Mr. Kunal bansal was very helpful. Thanks to all of you for making our stay comfortable and pleasant.

The staff, especially arun sharma, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. His attentiveness and dedication truly made us feel valued as guests. It's sub-par at best, two of the things in the buffet were raw. Not enough choices either. The room service is a also quite slow. The staff however is very courteous and helpful. If they just improved on their food this place could be one of the best Lemon Tree Hotel Mcleodganjs in mcleodganj. Also it's far from mcleodganj main mall road you still need a taxi to get there. We stayed for a total of 4 nights and 3 days and it was a lovely experience. All of the staff were courteous, attentive and extremely friendly! the rooms were very well kept and the property is nothing short of mesmerizing, especially the rooms with the mountain view! mr. Ganesh, mr. Vishal, mr. Rishav and mr. Pankaj made the stay very welcoming and comfortable for us. Felt right at home for the couple of days we spent here. Would highly highly recommend everyone to check out and book with them! our gratitude to the staff who made my stay a memorable one.

It was a great experience. The view from Lemon Tree Hotel Mcleodganj is amazing. The staff is really helpful. Kudos to lemon tree hospitality staff which made our stay more pleasant. The food is also very good. Must try place if you are looking for peaceful place for stay you could always go for this Lemon Tree Hotel Mcleodganj. Yes its little far from the main central mall road but again if you need the peacefulness then its a correct choice. They also helped us in arranging taxi and scooty on rent which made our this short journey more smoother.

I had a 2 night stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel Mcleodganj and was extremely good. The hill view side of the balcony had a view of snow laden pier panjal range of the himalayas. That was amazing. The Lemon Tree Hotel Mcleodganj staff was very helpful and courteous. Food was also good. Overall, i would love to visit them again whenever i visit dharamshala again.

Good place to visit, they need to up their game in hospitality. Rest food was good, rooms are clean and new. One suggestion please mention that jacuzzi is chargeable as it is mentioned in basic amenities.
