Terrible Stay

This hotwl can not be 5 star, for first you can control room temperature. It was very cold inside room and when we asked them to increase tetthey said it is central so u can switch off ac and than it is so difficult as thr is no ventilation. Food is terrible its so spicy and stale after repetitive request chef promised to improve but still no taste in food. Specially for amall children. Thr citrus restaurant has no service u will wait for breads like so long that ur appetite will ask u to atand and walk out.

Food, location and most importantly the helpfulness and courteousness of the staff were all excellent especially the staff at the reception who went out of their way to help. The problem was with some construction work which was going on throughout the night in the mall (East Delhi Mall) just below the floor I was in. Couldn’t sleep the whole night.

Location is ok for people who want to travel within Gurugram. Food is excellent. Staff is cordial and helpful. Some issues with proper levelling in the bathroom and toilet area, as water gets logged in one corner and does not reach the outlet.

Experience was good, have limited food option in buffet so can improve on that. Dinner buffet was terrible specially the veg main course, breakfast was good and taste was awesome. Staff was superb and courteous, they asked for the feedbacks. All the amenities was good with outdoor play area. Overall good experience except the dinner.
