One of my most unsatisfactory experiences was with Lemon Tree Chennai. This particular visit did not align with my expectations for the Lemon Tree brand. 1. Food: We chose to have breakfast, and I found it to be below average in quality. 2. Stay: The accommodations were not up to par; there was an unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning system appeared to be poorly maintained, emitting a smell and showing signs of dust. 3. Staff/Manager: I would like to express my appreciation for the prompt support and responsiveness provided by the staff, which was the sole positive aspect of my visit.

This is not to be graded as 4 star hotel. I stayed for 3 nights for a business trip by booking Deluxe room with breakfast and Lunch/Dinner offer. Staffs are very good and polite, facilities, room conditions are pathetic. It wont even worth 1 star. First day I was put in small room and my AC was not working and they changed my room to deluxe even though I booked Delux room !! Dinner and Breakfast combination which I paid was not upto the mark. For Dinner, they had a separate menu for people who choosen along with the package. It has very limited customized menu with not many exciting food. 3rd day my toilet flus button fell down and it was in a horrible condition. Even though the got it repaired, I don't think room conditions are good as 4 star...it is much much below sub standard. They should improve infrastructure and care more for customer like taking their luggae till room and showing their room. Staffs are really good definitely the need training in hotle management. They helped me a lot hence I am giving 3 start...otherwise property condition is not even worth 1 star.

It was a nice stay for a night in the heart of the city. The room was big and was good for a comfortable sleep. My room was away from the highway and so it was a quiet night. The breakfast was very nice with a mix of South Indian and North Indian food. The front desk people were very friendly and the check in and check out process was very pleasant
