Lemon Tree Hotel, Shimona, Chennai

We loved the stay at lemontree simona. The rooms were spacious and well supplied. The front desk staff, the bell boys were all helpful, efficient & courteous. The room service was prompt. My daughter loved playing in the bath tub. The food was also very tasty. My daughter made special referrence of the kitchen & restaurant (citrus) staff. She even wrote a thank you note to them. Special thanks to mr rajashekhar, the chef - mr sathya, and other restaurant staff mr rahul, mr surya & mr shankar. We will definitely plan to stay at lemontree simona for our next visit to chennai.

I am delighted with my stay at Lemontree Hotel. Their attention to detail and care for their guests is truly commendable. Although there was a minor issue during my stay, they not only resolved it promptly but also apologized sincerely and offered compensation. The amenities provided were of high quality, and the location was extremely convenient for my purposes. Most notably, the food was exceptional!

We are group of 14 friends and did a group booking for one night (transit night, Lemon Tree Hotel, Shimona, Chennai had great supporting staff and all basic amenities. We need not open the luggage as every thing from bathroom sleepers to dental, shaving, bath kits are already there, extra bedding as comfortable and overall experience with staff was also good overall it’s highly recommended

If you don't want to get into chennai traffic and stay away, this is ideal and close airport too. Good food and good greeting people at restaurant. It wasn't pleasant checkin as i didn't get early cgeckin facility as front desk guy demanded extra money for early checkin, which was little unprofessional and could've informed well in advance

Had a comfortable stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel, Shimona, Chennai. Facilities were good, the team was friendly, food and ergonomics were decent, price was okay, slightly higher during weekends i guess. The rooms were very clean and staff is also cooperative. The breakfast has lot of options. They try to server majorities of the items hot which is really good. Dinner also had lot of options. The place is little congested but it’s because of metro construction. Next to dlf it work and walkable distance

The property is right on the main road that houses corporate offices and an it park. It is also easily reachable from the nearest metro station and airport. Though it was for a short stay, i liked the facilities and courteous front desk. It also contains sufficient car parking.

The property is ideal for business and family stay. The location is well connected to all the parts of chennai. With metro coming up soon it will further improve the connectivity. The room are decent size and the staff is super friendly and helpful for anybody your needs.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful.

The Lemon Tree Hotel, Shimona, Chennai service very good but air-conditioning in the lobby restaurant n bar was not working towels quality needs to improve

Bigger rooms. All in place. Everything was working well. Rooms has fan that what i expect apart from air conditioning. But it was not working at all speed.

The stay was very cool, silent and very nice the rooms were clean and hygieneic, food was very good overall the stay was good

Clean room. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed lunch. Nice to see that they care for humanity. Our in room dining was served by a deaf and dumb person who did keb flawless

The location is in the main area, the stay was satisfactory and i would highly recommend it. We didn't get the food there instead got outside, they have provided plates for that too.

It's been a very pleasant stay with a very friendly and helpful staff. The dining was really good and the facilities at lemon tree are very satisfactory.

Overall stay was good bathroom mirror to be replaced.
