Lemon Tree Hotel,Siliguri

Check in to check out, i had a very good experience. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and i was delighted to find that my room was ready, no waiting. The reception area exuded a sense of elegance and sophistication. I was offered an upgrade and the room was big and with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable and convenient. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a hectic day. Room service is very quick, and foods are reasonably priced & portion size is good. Staff members are very professional and polite. I will stay here again.

Property is located right beside vega circle so that’s a bonus. But during the time of my visit there’s construction going on for the road highway which made the entire street difficult to walk or drive. Stay was good, rooms were nice and clean although should have provided smart tv which wasn’t there. The only downside is that they have very limited food and drinks option the breakfast menu is same for everyday, the room service/amilo menu is barely of 3 pages drinks as in cocktail is barely all the standard ones.

I was travel-ling with family which included kids long with me. We had an amazing time and the hospitality was on point. Check in was super smooth and quick as children were waiting to get into their room, info about the city was prompt. Buffet breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. We had requested for late check out as our flight was late which was very well taken care of by the Lemon Tree Hotel,Siliguri team. Highly recommended for a great experience

Had a delightful stay at lemontree siliguri. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience enjoyable. Special mention to the citrus cafe, where we had a wonderful time. Even though it wasn't on the menu, they graciously provided food for our infants. The breakfast offered a wide selection and was delicious. The property boasts clean and tidy rooms, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

The room was perfect and I was given every amenity I specifically asked for…I had a wonderful stay….the staff were polite and courteous….the room was clean and smells good….i had dinner at the rooftop al fresco dining and food was great….the staff arranged a heater for me as the air was a bit chilly….it is just walking distance from vega mall where I went and had an awesome shampoo at the salon there….i would definitely stay here again

The Lemon Tree Hotel,Siliguri is situated on the way to sikkim, thus a great spot for me as saves a lot of time. The host shows professionalism; quick check-in, escorted me to the room and also gave a room upgrade to executive class! the room was absolutely perfect, cleanliness and hygiene was top notch. The business rooms are quite affordable making this the best value for money stay! thanks lemon tree team.

We had stayed for one day at this Lemon Tree Hotel,Siliguri. We were upgraded to deluxe room. The room was very spacious and good sitting arrangement for two people for tea & chit chat. Enough space 8n the wardrobe for keeping your clothes and belongings. Staff was very courteous and well trained i must say. We had breakfast and it was a good spread for a buffet. Check in & check out, both were swift.

This was my second time staying at lemontree siliguri. Location is very good. Vega circle mall is nearby. Staff at lemontree was very cooperative and polite. Room was clean and maintained well. Breakfast was really nice, even better than few five stars. Sometimes they also allow for 1 hr late checkout depending on availability of rooms. Overall experience was really nice.

Located close to vega mall not far from the airport and easy getaway to the hills after a comfortable sleep. Clean. Food is good. Nice bar. Was a relaxing stay.

The room is good. There is hot water. If you ask for a heater they provide it. So overall the experience was great. The staff is very polite.

Cleanliness is a plus. Quick check in and check out. Courteous staff. Rooms are small, but located at a convenient place.

The rooms are clean and well lit. Although i expected a bigger size bed but it was fair enough for two people. Service was top notch. Food was great, kinda on the expensive side. Overall great experience.

A business Lemon Tree Hotel,Siliguri but holds its own with unmatched comfort for the price compared to others in the area. Food was good, and the terrace restaurant too was good. We didn't have the breakfast in the morning so no comments on that.

Our 2 nights stay was a comfortable & cozy affair. Staff were polite & helpful. Room service was prompt. Breakfast was a nice spread. If anything i should point out, then it would be that bathrooms should have exhaust fans for proper ventilation. No other complaints otherwise.
