The property is huge and beautiful, perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The rooms are also spacious, clean and well-maintained. However, be prepared for slow room service.The staff were friendly, but they are clearly stretched thin by the geography of the place. Since there's nothing to do in the immediate vicinity, the hotel needs to provide more entertainment and engagement options for guests staying on-site for multiple days. Overall, it was a nice stay. But the slow service and lack of engaging activities held it back from being excellent.

Had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Tarudhan Valley — a perfect weekend escape surrounded by greenery and calm. I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made the experience even more special. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location of the property is also excellent, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. What really stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the team — always attentive and willing to assist with a smile. The property was very comfortable and pleasant .. The area is beautifully Maintained and spreaded across ..feel of nature and pollution free .. We ordered dinner and evening snacks - it was tasty and i enjoyed my staycation there The staff was good and friendly and we also opted for room with breakfast- it was really delicious I had it twice .. everything from food to room was very enjoyable Thank you Would love to stay again there ! My room was very good and huge and things were very comfortable .. balcony view with extra space was worth spending .. it was very expensive - i paid 10000 for a one night - which i feel is very expensive .. Rest everything was superb .. totally mesmerising

Room service is terrible… Food is good…

Ok so this was my second time at Lemon Tree Tarudhan Valley. The dinner and breakfast were good and delicious however the lunch lacked taste for sure. By the evening Chef Vipin got in touch with us and provided a personal touch to the food which brought some great taste in the dishes. The room service was terrible. We had to call 2-3 times everytime to get anything from the house keeping or any other staff. Out of the 2 phones in the room only one was working during our stay and that was the one in the washroom. So we had to go to the washroom to get anything at the hotel. Last night we had our food and kept the plate outside the room. Nobody picked it up till we left the hotel the next day. Except food everything was disturbing.
