Everything went fine at lemon tree Lemon Tree Hotel Udyog Vihar Gurugram udyog vihar gurugram, gurgaon. From the security at the gate to the bell boy and the reception managers mr. Deepak and ms hina were very helpful and friendly. Must mention the good buffet during the breakfast hours. The chef and other people in charge of the breakfast were very helpful and made sure we got what we needed. However, the small room i stayed had 5 chairs (2 chairs with backing and 3 wooden stools) which was unnecessarily taking space for a single bed room. I believe 1 stool is enough with the chairs. Two phones in the room, one wasn't working. At least when i picked the phone to make a call at the reception it wouldn't dial. I also had a trouble with getting a cold bottled water to my room. I was surprised when one of the boys from the room service called me and informed me that there was no cold bottled water. Its a 3 star Lemon Tree Hotel Udyog Vihar Gurugram and you can't get cold water for the guest. Its not like it will make any difference to the room fee. Overall satisfied, but can be better.

I stayed here for couple of nights. The rooms are as per the lemon tree standards. However, i was given a small room (may be as per the rates. Also, breakfast is good as it always is with the lemon tree. Room no. 306 - was where i was put up. Faced some issues with the door lock. Other than that, the stay was good. Also, locating the Lemon Tree Hotel Udyog Vihar Gurugram is bit difficult, as the board outside was covered with vegetation and there is no light on the metallic name plate kept outside. The building being a bit shorter, the lemon tree signage on top gets hidden.

I visited as personal stay not as business. However we were assigned a room with two separate single beds. Upon checking with staff, they informed that the Lemon Tree Hotel Udyog Vihar Gurugram is usually acquired for business stays and entire property doesnt contain any queen/king size bed which was lil disappointing. Apart from this the location and aura of lemon tree was really good. Cleanliness and staff behaviour was upto the mark.

2 day stay 1. Ensured a comfortable room change on request. 2. Efficient f& b and housekeeping team. Very alert to every small request from the guest 3. A pleasure interacting with some of the hearing & speaking challenged staff. Their smile & enthusiasm. While interacting is a treasured memory. I usually check in here for my work trip, perfect for solo stay, i always feel safe here, the staff is very polite & sweet. The breakfast is good too, the chef personally comes & checks on the guest. This Lemon Tree Hotel Udyog Vihar Gurugram is a must stay in gurgaon. Highly recommended. I would give a 5 star rating for the staff! keep it up guys!

I booked a room only stay for 1 night. My stay was quite relaxing and pleasant. Staff at this Lemon Tree Hotel Udyog Vihar Gurugram is incredibly polite and helpful and ambience of the property belies the chaos around the place as its located in the middle of an industrial hub. Great experience sure a comeback is forgone.

Came for an official visit, very near to cyber hub. Only gripe is no supermarkets/medical shops nearby. Hotel was very clean and staff was very courteous. The wifi was pulling strong for 4 devices and i was doing some heavy data download. Food was ok ok. Breakfast till 11 is a boon.

Stayed for 2 nights on solo trip on business work. Nice rooms and nice stay.

I have found this property via online platform and the stay was quite good but the food we ordered chilly potato they was below average and not worth of paying 400 for the food rest everything was good except the food part
