The overall experience was good, however there is a scope for improvement. There were no bin liners in the main room and bathroom. The plumbing fixtures were broken and the cold water was dripping from the top shower even when closed, while using the hot hand shower. The Lemon Tree Hotel Whitefield has highlighted so many water saving initiatives, and if they fix the plumbing fixtures preventing the leaks, they could save even more water. The mixer tap and shower fixture could have been simpler and looked a bit complicated everytime. Some staff were really customer friendly, while the others sounded a bit unfriendly in their tone/ body language, which was not pleasant. I requested for a wake up call at 1 am, which was accepted but never got a call. Though i had that as a backup option, it would have been a disaster for the guests relying only on that. The fan has no switch but the regulator, which is tricky to keep it rotating to zero to stop from high speed. The live counter uses plastic cutlery / spatulas for cooking hot food like maggi and omelette and the pan used in the hot live counter looked so black, tarnished and worn out, which i mentioned to the staff at the counter. They should switch to stainless pans and cutlery for cooking hot food. Basic things like these should be proactively identified and addressed without the guests having to highlight it, especially for such a high priced Lemon Tree Hotel Whitefield like lemontree. The south indian delicacies didn't taste authentic, especially the idlis, sambar and ****neys. Overall it's pretty decent, with the room clean and tidy. The bathroom is quite average and needs a bit of refurbishment to match their standard.

The stay was very convenient. Hotel is just 5 mins walk away from the nearest metro station. Morning breakfast had decent veriety and the food quality and taste was very good as per my opinion. Rooms were extremely clean and the bathroom too was spotless. Throughout my stay i was never disturbed by any noise or sound from adjacent rooms or from outside the rooms. Would definitely stay at this property again during my next visit.

Had a few meetings lined up in whitefield and chose to put up at the lemon tree. The proximity to the corporate houses around was very helpful. The rooms were nice and tidy. The best think i liked about the stay was that though they had limited spread for dinner. Each and every food on the spread was delicious & the hospitality was immaculate. We had a good stay at lemon-tree. The front desk staff very helpful and quick with everything. The complimentary breakfast provided had a good buffet spread ranging from south to north indian breakfast items to continental. The room service was a bit late as it took almost 30-45mins for our dinner to be served. But again, the food was good. So worth the price

Room was neat & tidy with all required toiletries, etc. 3. Swimming pool, gym facilities. 4. Centrally located. 5. Bar well stocked. 6. Food was upto my satisfaction.

Good stay. Location is close to big companies. Big property but outdated. Room was spacious. However, mattress was hard and amenities were basic. The soap was sticky and not washable after lathering. Service is slow and linen is also old. Good location is the reason to choose this Lemon Tree Hotel Whitefield .

It was too good, everything was perf. The only drawback was with the early check-in thing. If they give check in time as 2 just be there at 2 then only youll get into the room by 2:10. Otherwise its all too good. The amenities everything were best. One of my best Lemon Tree Hotel Whitefield stay in blr.

There was some confusion between the Lemon Tree Hotel Whitefield staff and makemytrip. Hotel first denied the booking stating it was full but later accommodated. Stay was good. Staff courteous. Breakfast spread hasn't changed in last five years. Gym can be better.

It's a good Lemon Tree Hotel Whitefield option for short stays or for business trips. Rooms are functional with all the required things available. In room dining service was a little slow and can be improved.
