Serious Incident During My Stay – Unauthorized Entry into Room

I have stayed earlier at Lemon Tree properties in different locations such as Rajkot and Pune, and based on those positive experiences, I chose this property for a family stay. However, this time it turned out to be a very unpleasant and disturbing experience. The incident occurred in the morning around 7:00 AM, while my family and I were enjoying time at the swimming pool. When we returned to our suite and unlocked the door, we were shocked to find a housekeeping staff member inside our room. On being questioned, he appeared nervous and said he had come for laundry. We had not requested any laundry service, and it was completely unacceptable that he entered our room using a master key without permission. Our personal belongings were lying openly in the room, and we are still unsure if anything has gone missing. The hotel manager later mentioned that it happened “by mistake,” but this is a serious breach of privacy and security. Such incidents cause immense mental distress and loss of trust. I request that Lemon Tree management and MMT take this matter seriously, investigate the issue thoroughly, and provide appropriate compensation for the harassment and mental trauma caused to my family

We recently stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel with a large family group of 13 adults and 7 kids, and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable, and the hospitality was excellent. The breakfast spread was delicious and well-managed, catering to both adults and children. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, though we did feel a slight irritation from the chlorine in the water. It might help to fine-tune the chlorine levels for better comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and we truly appreciate the staff’s efforts in making our family trip enjoyable

I am not happy with the service provided. In the room there is no price tag mentioned for the mini bar which is really disappointing for me. Overall service is Good
