Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram

I have been staying in the Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram lemontree premiere for almost a decade now. In this duration i have seen the quality of their properties falling and then getting ok again. This particular property is located almost in centre of gurugram and the staff at the reception is very cooperative. Overall the stay was pretty comfortable and the room was quite cosy. People looking for a budget Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram might find it a little expensive. The real problem lies in their food quality. It starts from the staff not even knowing what they are serving and chefs not having a clear idea of what is being cooked. This one particular time i had to tell the person on phone that what i am asking is written in the menu, to which he replied that he hasn't read it. This was quite unprofessional for me. Anyways, when the food was served i could see that cheap quality ketchup (some brand naturino, mayonnaise had been used to make the sandwich. In the veggies layer only tomatoes were used and rest everything was missing i. E. No other veggies at all. The coffee which had been kept in the room was some local cheap brand with cheap brand milk powder. I understand that cost cutting is important but when you make a customer pay 6k for one days stay then they expect better service, if not then at least use good products to cook the food. Thoroughly disappointed in their food options and even preparation.

I had a pleasant stay at the lemon tree Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram. The place is very clean, and the pool is nice and well-maintained. The staff was cooperative and friendly, and i appreciated that they allowed to order food from outside. A few downsides: the room design isn't great, as the washroom door faces the bed, which feels awkward. Additionally, the internet was very slow, almost non-functional, and the washroom exhaust was non-functional too. Another improvement they could make is providing a shuttle service between the three lemon tree Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugrams in the area. It’s very confusing; i ended up at the wrong lemon tree, got off from the cab, and had to take another cab to the "right" lemon tree. Overall, it's a good Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram with excellent cleanliness and service. They should come up with less confusing names for the Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugrams or at least provide a shuttle service. Even google gets lost.

Very good experience. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff and great first impression of Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram. Everything about the Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Thanks lemon tree for your excellent service.

The Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram is present at a decent location which connects well to different nearby areas for almost all the purpose. The room is well maintained, has a good hygiene. Though the room is little small, but it provides all the required amenities. The washrooms are clean and have decent space. The staff is polite, well spoken and well mannered. They try their best to attend a guest and make the stay comfortable and worthwhile. The food is also fine. There are a number of options available in each meal.

I went to visit this Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram and this is very nice and most impotent thing the location also good. The rooms and service is very good. And the food taste so delicious. The Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram room fragrance as like lemon. I like the fragrance and in a washroom all product are scent like lomen. The rooms and service is very good. They all are behave very polite. My first experience was amazing. Thank you.

It was such a memorable experience staying at this Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram. The entire staff, room, food, services they provided has created a wow factor. I have enjoyed it a lot with my family. I would love to stay again n again with them and also refer it to all my friends. My heartiest thanks to chef suresh & the team who served excellent food with love.

Hotel is very professional and everything from breakfast and dinner is ready on time. Housekeeping is regular, efficient and doesn't need reminders. The staff are friendly, helpful and always attentive to every need. I arrived late from work one night and had missed my pure booked dinner but they ensured that they provide me with something to eat which was commendable.

Hotel is clean, will maintained staff is courteous and. No nonsense Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram. Food is good. Tried room service, service time was good,. There were frequent power failures and dg starting took some time hence you may be trapped in lift for 1-2 min if you are in lift. Was not able to locate stairs tried avoiding during powwer failure.

Service was outstanding and staff was very cooperative. Food is good, i look forward to stay at lemon tree.

Location and Stay is good, Clean and Hygiene. Food is not that great just an average, like Tandoori chicken and Chicken gravy do not have the tenderness, might be using aged chicken to save money, and choice in buffet dinner is very average and limited

Its nice cozy and clean Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram. With all amenities food was good and breakfast has many options. So it was an awsome experience.

I stayed for 2 nights. I found the Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram to be great in ambience, neat and clean, very helpful staff. Good food.

Rooms were clean as per expectations. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Food is good. Good staff. Good stay.
