I had an overall good stay with some minor issue. The property as such is great. Its new, luxurious and trendy looking. Restaurant is also very good. Good service, good food for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are awesome. I am very grateful to the Lemon Tree Premier, City Center Pune for providing a very good room to me. The location of the Lemon Tree Premier, City Center Pune is best. I want thank chef sachin tel i from restaurant, and mr. Ramesh from housekeeping for trying to make my stay great. Now, a major major issue i had was with respect ac in the room. The ac in the lobby, in the restaurant was perfect. But in room, it was not very good. We were feeling hot in the room. So soon after check in, we called the reception, and they sent a technician. The technician sort of did something but it didn't help. We told the technician, if we have to change the room, please tell us now only before unpacking. He said "as per him, the ac is very good. It is as per so called all india lemontree standard of 21 to 23 degrees. For these small things like ac slightly below optimal as per us, we don't do room changes. " its not a way to talk. So request the Lemon Tree Premier, City Center Pune, you'll have such a good Lemon Tree Premier, City Center Pune and good customer facing staff. Please also train the engineers and technicians about how to talk to customers. After all, you'll claim that you'll are a 5 star Lemon Tree Premier, City Center Pune. Next day i talked to the on duty manager. He was a very genuine person. He tried to solve the issue for us, by offering us another room. But after i came back from my day trip outside the Lemon Tree Premier, City Center Pune, they said they have really fixed the ac issue in my room, and should i require another room, its ready. I agreed, but that second night also, the ac was absolutely, absolutely unsatisfactory. Next morning, the check out morning, the ac was somehow functioning very well. As i said, there was genuine effort from high level staff to solve my problem, but i hardly got fruits of those efforts. I hope only i faced this problem, and its not a structural problem with the Lemon Tree Premier, City Center Pune, in all rooms. Also, in the restaurant, in the buffet, the lid of some of the containers in which buffet items are kept is broken, it makes very hard to take the food from it. Please fix it. Overall i had a great stay, barring the ac issue.

It was a pleasant stay at lemon tree premiere pune, i stayed for single night and checked in at evening, which was a smooth check in and appreciate the hospitality of the staff members very polite and helpful staff. However swimming pool was not maintained properly and without light and proper seating. Otherwise the stay and food at restaurant was very good hope these things are taken care of in future. Regards
