Overall experienced a good stay at lemon tree Lemon Tree Premier, City Center Pune. Stay dates 17-29jul 2024 good location - lemon tree, situated only a 5 min walk from pune station, is yet away from the congestion and crowds at the station area. Room on smaller size but well maintained. Some minor points as feedback (1) shampoo in room is of poor quality and needs improvement. (2) not being tall, i found reaching for hangers in cupboard and top shelf, quite challenging. Even iron was placed too high. Suggest, a small fold-able 2 step ladder be placed in room, for guests who need. Staff across all areas of Lemon Tree Premier, City Center Pune are polite and helpful. Open to air swimming pool is of a good size, but because of rain, unable to use and also did not witness others using the pool. A waterproof covering above the pool would encourage its utility, during the monsoo season. Pool deck lovely. Gym small but functional. Breakfast of a good standard and if anything specific required that's not available, restaurant staff do their best to accommodate request, where possible. For myself, it was the sandwich available in only white bread to be substituted with brown bread. J. Asnani

However, the room size felt a bit compact, and noise from the city was occasionally noticeable. It was a pleasant stay at lemon tree premiere pune, i stayed for single night and checked in at evening, which was a smooth check in and appreciate the hospitality of the staff members very polite and helpful staff. However swimming pool was not maintained properly and without light and proper seating. Otherwise the stay and food at restaurant was very good hope these things are taken care of in future. Regards

For me, Lemon Tree Premier, City Center Pune location was good enough to cover my area of interest and lemon tree was selected. Food quality and number of choices were very good, except for some sweet’s quality which was highlighted to the team as well. Amenities and hospitality of the team were very good. Convenient location and one can just walk across the street from the pune railway station. For me who reached late in the night it was very easy. Smooth checkin. Comfortable room, thought little small. And a good breakfast in morning.
