The location of the property was between mountains and river so amazing. It was well maintained with good aesthetics , nice and spacious rooms. The staff were courteous and if you love indian cuisine they have everything in their buffet.

Pleasant Stay with excellent staff but Below-par-Facilities at Lemon Tree

We were expecting the property to be on par with other Lemon Tree properties atleast expected a 4 star experience but it was hardly 3 star. The toiletries and tea coffee condiments were pathetic . Only thing that was excellent was the staff, they were helpful courteous and prompt-Biaki, Karishma, Martha, Neeraj and the Sous Chef & the Chef were excellent. Food was good and the high tea was superb idea, though facility needs real coffee machines. The ambience around is nice and pool was great to chill, though the games room/cubs room location is questionable with broken/damaged table tennis table and surprisingly no snooker table. Altogether it was a good stay but we expected much better from Lemon Tree Premier brand.

Not a 5-star experience at all. There was no staff to help with luggage from the car, no welcome drink on arrival, and we had to carry our own bags to the room. The high tea was poorly managed — many items were unavailable each time. Even during dinner and breakfast, food often ran out, and we had to wait repeatedly for refills. The property fails to meet the standards expected from a 5-star resort. Access to the riverside area is inconvenient, as you have to pass through an adjacent hotel. Overall, very disappointing — would not recommend Lemon Tree Corbett.

I recently visited Lemon Tree Jim Corbett Resort and, as always, it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. The service deserves a special mention – the staff was attentive, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. The property itself is beautiful, offering breathtaking views that make the stay even more relaxing and memorable. The atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for unwinding amidst nature. Being a regular guest here, I can confidently say that the consistency in hospitality and comfort makes me return again and again. Truly one of the best places to stay in Jim Corbett!

The staaf is very courtius and polite the food is absolutely spot on and the breafast is good although the properts and rooms can be maintained a bit more cleanly but other than that everything was perfect mr. Shubham was our contact person and was very poltie and understanding of the situation this was my second time coming here both the time were great

The Good: Lemon Tree Corbett offers a quiet and peaceful environment that's perfect for those seeking tranquility. The property maintains a comfortable atmosphere, and the staff is generally active and responsive to basic needs. The accommodation itself was satisfactory for an overnight stay. **The Disappointing:** Unfortunately, the hotel falls short when it comes to guest engagement and activity coordination. The reception staff lacked adequate knowledge about the hotel's own facilities and activities. Despite having a play area and various activities advertised on boards throughout the property, the front desk couldn't provide any meaningful information or assistance in accessing these amenities. When I inquired about activities, I was told to wake up early and personally visit the play area to speak with a guide - hardly the level of service one expects. Even after making this effort, the activities coordinator showed little interest in accommodating a solo traveler, essentially dismissing me and suggesting I simply use whatever amenities were available on my own. The meditation experience I requested was particularly disappointing - I was directed to "sit anywhere on the lawn," which sounds pleasant in theory but is impractical given the significant monkey population on the property. The constant presence of monkeys makes it impossible to relax outdoors with peace of mind. **Bottom Line:** This property is suitable for a quick overnight stay if you're simply looking for basic accommodation. However, if you're planning an extended visit or expecting recreational activities and proper guest services, you'll likely find yourself with very limited options - essentially just eating, sleeping, and walking around the grounds. **Recommendation:** Fine for one night, but look elsewhere for longer stays or if you want an engaging hotel experience with proper activity coordination and guest services.
