I recently stayed at Lemon tree premier and had a generally pleasant experience. The Lemon Tree Premier HITEC City Hyderabad is well-located, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the necessary facilities. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the service provided by the staff. While most of the team members were friendly and helpful, there were a few instances where the service fell short of expectations. For example, during check-in, I had requested for an extension on my checkout, but it wasn't applied till the next day. Moreover on the last day my key card stopped working post 12pm, on enquiring I was told that the card stops working at checkout time, which if they had told me earlier I could have got it fixed initially itself. Additionally, housekeeping services can be better, although most requests were attended to, some had to be made multiple times To enhance the guest experience, I would suggest the following improvements: Streamline the Check-In Process: Implementing a more efficient check-in system could reduce wait times and improve first impressions. Staff Training: Providing additional training for staff on handling peak times and guest requests promptly could greatly enhance service quality. Proactive Housekeeping: Ensuring that housekeeping services are more responsive to guest requests would improve overall satisfaction. Despite these areas for improvement, I appreciated the efforts of the staff and the overall ambiance of the Lemon Tree Premier HITEC City Hyderabad. I hope to see these changes implemented on my next visit.

The deluxe room was spacious and clean. The bed is comfy and i enjoyed the sofa and study desk. The wifi was working well. I liked the overall cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was no exception. The bathtub was quite nice. And, i enjoyed all provided amenities in the room. The staff is courteous and helpful. They helped me with my query regarding printouts. And, were always polite & welcoming. The location is also easily accessible. Even if the Lemon Tree Premier HITEC City Hyderabad is located in the hustle-bustle area of hitech city, the Lemon Tree Premier HITEC City Hyderabad inside is quite pleasant and calming. The rooms were not noisy at all the view from the room was also nice(metro station view. Overall i'm really satisfied with my stay and would love to visit again.

Stay at lemon tree was excellent. The location is very good and convenient, next to the metro station and close to hitech city offices. Breakfast was very good at the Lemon Tree Premier HITEC City Hyderabad with good variety every day. The front desk and other staff were very helpful. The only issue that we had was the ongoing renovation work at the Lemon Tree Premier HITEC City Hyderabad. It started around 10 am and was disturbing, but since we were out the whole day and got back in the evening, it was not very intrusive.

I have stayed at so many Lemon Tree Premier HITEC City Hyderabads but never ever gave my opinion; but this time gentleman named hark-it (incharge of room service on floor 8th) was exceptionally helpful and nice guy. Lemon tree is a good stay option if one is looking for close proximity to offices in hi-tech city. The property is clean and safe with decent breakfast options as well.

Services and hospitality is good. Gopi from house keeping is very professional and takes a good care about guests. Mallayya also cleaned rooms nicely and took a care. Thanks to gopi and mallayya.

Location is very good. It is across raidurg metro station. The room and services are good. There is a remodeling going on in the lobby area and it looks congested now. Hope they will be done with that work soon. Hemanth has done an excellent job on making sure of the stay and breakfast services.

The room was very spacious and stay was very comfortable. Room service was very prompt and overall it was a pleasurable experience.
