Lemon tree is pretty much visible on internet and anyone can find it from the google listings. Now Lets come to the service part of the Lemon Tree Premier, New Town, Kolkata. The room service is slow I would say. Because the number of staff is less there. I have stayed there for multiple times now, always faced this issue. You can avail smoking and non smoking rooms as well. In case you opt. for a smoking one, make sure you have time in hand. They take some time to service the room, still you will get a bit of smell there. Actually the floor where the smoking rooms are, is full of smell sometimes. I am not actually complaining but I think they should work on it. All over a good stay. You can order food from outside FYI. I haven't placed any orders from their restaurant, as I have mentioned earlier the service is too slow, so I thought its best to order from outside.

Lemon Tree Premier is a great choice for a stay in Kolkata. The location is super convenient, and you will definitely enjoy the view from your window. The rooms are clean and cozy, and you can choose between smoking and non-smoking options while booking. However, the room temperature controller sometimes does not work properly, and the service tends to be on the slower side. As for food, you can order from the Lemon Tree Premier, New Town, Kolkata or get something from outside. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with a few minor hiccups!

It was a great stay in Lemon Tree Lemon Tree Premier, New Town, Kolkata this weekend. We found great hospitality especially from the restaurant. The room was well maintained from all corners and the toilet with all modern facilities. At morning breakfast we met Mr Sudip Banerjee (head chef of the Lemon Tree Premier, New Town, Kolkata), he served some delicious dishes there and also it was a great conversation with him. Thank you for everything. ☺

The rooms were good and clean, however the restaurant maintenance was very bad. During the breakfast time, there were cutleries which had cockroach legs and dead flies in them which is very bad and food was not appetising at all. The food which was provided for the room service was pretty old and had the refrigerator smell.

They were super nice, the room was clean with regular maintenance, staff were really helpful they even heated our leftover food from lunch. I would highly recommend staying here.
