Lemon Tree Premier Patna

Patna does not have a lot of 5 star properties. But lemon tree sure is one, that fulfilled the gap. I really love Lemon Tree Premier Patnas having prior moto of comfort for their customers, and the key aspect on this at-least for me is prompt responses. Staff at lemon tree really managed to nail it. I would say staff etiquette was very fine, whatever i needed at my room, whether room service or in-room dining, i did not have to wait a lot (the best part) and at the same time quality of services were never compromised. Also, i wanted a bit late check-out and that was not a trouble at all. One of there staffs prashant was very helpful, and friendly by behaviour, and he knows how to make someone coming from another city, welcome. I visit patna for work, i must say patna is quite nice, but a very crowded and loud city, and inside of lemon tree does feel much peaceful and isolated after an exhaustive day. Although, what i mostly care about is in room-servies but i think i should mention their restaurants were also fine. Looking for a good stay, i would recommend to go for this one, you won’t regret it. Other properties, you might have to compromise on few aspects, at-least what i feel for myself. Railway station is very close, and the property is in one of the prime locations of the city, that is also a plus points. So, lemon tree patna for me, all boxes ticked, a very well maintained and best property in the city.

I recently visited lemon tree patna and had a mixed experience. While the food was undeniably delicious, i found it to be quite expensive for the portion sizes offered. However, the service was truly exemplary. The staff was extremely courteous and professional, ensuring that every need was promptly attended to. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was top-notch, contributing to a pleasant dining atmosphere. Overall, while the prices may be a deterrent for some, the exceptional service and cleanliness make lemon tree patna worth considering for a special occasion or a treat.

The room was nice and spacious. Staff were helpful and went out of their way in providing us with mineral water bottles. We were however part of 2 interconnected rooms with a door in between causing lot of noise from the other side. Facilities and room cleanliness was excellent. I had requested an additional key which was denied and we had a bit of an argument on this. Lemon tree is good place to stay in patna providing good value for money.

The stay at the Lemon Tree Premier Patna was very good as well as comfortable. Everything was very clean in the room with all necessary items available. The food in menu of dinner as well as breakfast was very delicious and delightful. So much of option to choose from. I look forward to staying at the Lemon Tree Premier Patna again in the near future. Thank you make my trip

overall experience was superb. only few things needs to be improved like 1. welcome kitt (few snacks in the room) 2. dining hall seating arrangement to be made more available as we have waited sometimes to have dinner. 3. reception service part including housekeeping team job was excellent✌🏻. already shared

The property is good. The Service is even better. I have stayed at many Lemon Tree Premier Patnas across Bihar and everywhere I have been, I have seen a lack of good quality service. Kudos to the management who has educated their staff what hospitality is. Breakfast options are also good.

Loved my stay. I ordered some food at room, and i was so happy to see a guy who couldn’t hear or speak deliver my food and had a biggg smile on his face. Made my day. It was i think thanksgiving day and i would like to thank lemon tree premier patna for their initiative.

The facility provided was below par. Response from house keeping & reception was too slow. It felt like no one was interested in making our stay worth. It was waste of money as i didn't expect such a poor service from a 4-star Lemon Tree Premier Patna.

Very spacious room, neat and clean courteous staff. The spa and swimming is very nice. Food was really good. Will sure stay again.

Comfy rooms, operational pool, good and affordable buffet food free valet parking, awesome staff and comfortable stay.

I stayed at lemon tree Lemon Tree Premier Patna for 4 days and was very pleased with the amenities. Also would like to appreciate the helpful and friendly service provided by the staff - housekeeping, restaurant and front desk.

The stay was comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffet spread is not great as per the pricing

Well appointed rooms with comforts to ensure an enjoyable stay. Food is thumbs down both in morning breakfast and ala carte orders. Definitely needs improvement on that score however dealing staff was welcoming of the criticism so should improve.
