This was very unprofessional and misleading

Very disappointing experience. Before booking, I called the hotel and confirmed that unmarried couples were allowed. They clearly said yes and gave all the details. But when we reached the property, they refused to allow check-in, saying that unmarried couples were not permitted. They told us to cancel the trip and promised that once they received the email, they would approve it and the refund would be processed. Later, they said the booking was non-refundable. I didn’t get the room or any refund.

Experience was good, we did not found bathroom chaapal, and one suggestion please provide loffa in bathroom if you giving shower gel.
