Lemon tree brand is expanding very well through out india and it's good sign. But it needs a kick to ensure there is compliance in all departments which is lacking or weaning. Starting from front office manager behaviour with the guests right up till amenities and food the whole 9 yards. One should not take the brand width for granted and be complacent. The manager on arrival assisting the new comer receptionist had a very careless attitude to customer query. The television in the room was totally non paid and hence no channels were airing. The towels in the room were all on the last thread and fresh towels were semi dry when delivered. Dust in the cupboards not addressed and finally the breakfast was a very sad mixture in taste and presentation with oil being an ingredient more for dish lasting than added taste. The f&b manager from bihar was at least to a degree hospitable and courteous. This kind of standard protocol i have noticed in other lemon tree properties which calls for attention

As a regular to royal orchid suites which has now become lemontree suites, i can confirm that the level of customer satisfaction has been upheld. The property is located at whitefield & is at walking distance to most aminities like the nexus mall, anand sweets or lens-kart & loyal mart which i frequent. Other than this, itpl & shantiniketan aren too far off either. Was good to see old royal orchid hands like rite rai from food service & madhu from the reception who were helpful as usual. Special thanks to shreeji at the reception, firdaus alam from housekeeping & nityanand at housekeeping who made our stay extremely pleasant. Booking this property via mm t is no brainer & do opt for the buffet food options which are decent most of the days & extremely good at the weekends.

Entire experience right from check in till leaving the Lemon Tree Suites, Whitefield, Bengaluru was made very memorable by the courteous service from each of them. Executive suite was very clean with great ambience. Service mindset from all the staff was commendable & there was never a moment of hesitation for all staff he requests made. Price was too competitive among-st the Lemon Tree Suites, Whitefield, Bengalurus in this category. Best part is the spacious suite that could accommodate 4 (3 adults & 1 child) very comfortably. Will strongly recommend peninsula suites for family stay

2nd visit in as many days & it was pleasure as usual. Right from purnima, shreeji & madhu at the front desk to ritu, nityanand, ganesh & rafiq at the food service and maushmi at housekeeping. The staff here is excellent. The property ofcourse is located close to everything which we required to visit & has good aminities too. Do choose the buffet breakfast & dining options as they are competitively priced & have a great spread especially during the weekends. All in all, enjoyed staying here, will definitely come back & am recommending it to everyone.

Excellent Service. Smooth and hassle-free check-in and check-out process. convenient and desirable location. Clean and Comfortable Rooms. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! Friendly and helpful staff members. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The location was good, but having more than one lemon tree property in whitefield creates confusion with friends and cab drivers. Perhaps a better suffix than "suites, which is a word not meaning anything to a cab-driver could be thought of. Otherwise the service level and staff behaviour was exemplary and i would recommend this Lemon Tree Suites, Whitefield, Bengaluru very strongly for true value for money.

It was a good experience. The location is nice and peaceful. The food was sumptuous enough, everybody in the restaurant was hospitable. However, the internet was bad. It was extremely slow on one of the days, i had to miss a few meetings owing to bad internet connectivity. The internet technician should be made available at all hours of the day. Otherwise, everything else met our expectations.

Had a wonderful stay at peninsula suites. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff are attentive

But food cost is too expensive. Almost we paid room cost for food also. Stay and nearness of the room is very good.

I and my family enjoyed our stay, it is a well maintained property. The front desk staffs were helpful and polite, and same with the restaurant staffs. Not that i forgot the chef who came out personally to talk to us regarding our food. Keep it up and god bless all of you.

This my third time stay at here. This time i recognized the Lemon Tree Suites, Whitefield, Bengaluru management’s support for resolving the problem i faced. As well as the restaurant employees always provide the good service, especially i would like to compliment on rite rai and nityanada sutradhar for their thoughtful service during our stay.

Suit was clean and spacious, stayed with family and no worries at all
