Lemongrass Inn Munnar

All good. We booked it on last minute after reaching Munnar. Though it’s long weekend we found the best property. Staff, service, room all were great.

Gd experience … room was neat and clean..breakfast also good but the pillow is not good its so much big

Room are spacious, but there is no swimming pool. Though they provided clean linen but most of them are torn. Food was good though they have limited menu. Service is acceptable but not that of a 4 star property. Has a very good view of the valley from restaurant. Spacious parking. Poor quality bar.

No hot water through out our stay for 4 nights. Towels were torn. Pathetic food extremely poor service.

The hotel is good, the rooms are spacious, the washrooms are also clean, the staff was also very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was also very tasty. The food menu has not been prepared yet so it's a bit difficult to understand what to order for room service otherwise everything is great

The pictures shown in the gallery of location of hotel and reality are completely different. The restaurant food is also not that great.

No proper maintenance after asking 2days they have provided us water bottles for room no menu was was kept in the room cleaning part was poor, very guy was sitting in the receptionno proper response, bad smell in the room totally unhappy not expected this kind of worst experience. No thanks. Please don't recommend us like this kind of unprofessional resorts we go out very often in that if we experience like this no use of choosing make my trips app we go directly and book right. Anyway ask them to change the maintenance

Stay is terrible, room and hotel is nothing compared to the photos. Room not cleaned properly, amenities not met, even toiletries are not provided we have to ask everything then they will provide some sub standard items. Room not good and noisy fan and avg food.

It was a very good stay. They have an amazing staff. Rooms, restaurant everything is very well maintained. The price of the food is also very nominal

The room was nice and is worth. The staff, especially the guy named noyal, who was in the reception, was pleasant and are having good attitude. The climate was also average. Not much hot or cold. We got a rain also in the evening. The nearby attractions are ripple waterfall, ponmudi dam, ponmudi hanging bridge, the kids park near to the dam, boating. The kids enjoyed all these places. Also, there was a view point nearby, something like kallimali view point.

Service is extremely bad. I had to go to reception to get water because no one pick up phone.

No one supported to the guest. And not at all comfort

Couple stay. Hotel is nice, rooms are clean and hygeinic. Room view is good. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Had to followup few times for water. Breakfast/dinner spread was good and tasty. Though it was mentioned in the booking, we didnt receive any fruit basket, cookies etc. Toilet paper was missing also. Overall stay was satisfied. Please note, this hotel is in rajakkad, idukki. Not in munnar. Its 45 kms far from munnar city.

Hotel is ok but 30 kms away from munnar. Wrong info is mentioned on make my trip which is not acceptable from mmt.
