LEO FORT HOTEL

My experience was very good so clean n beauty full room, staff was very good and supportive specially a reception guy i dont remember his name who help me out of the box while m in t rubble when i booked my LEO FORT HOTEL in jalandhar by mistaken and even thankfull for leo ford gm who help me for cancel my booking from jalandher and correct booking in ludhiana and refund my amount 100% thannxxx alot leo ford's staff. It was a good stay at the LEO FORT HOTEL . But some observations were there. May be due to diwali festival there was no staff to carry luggage to the room. There was no tissue paper in the toilets. The room was booked for 2 but all the facilities were arranged for only. Even after the instructing room was not cleaned. One more observations they should keep a bucket and mug as all are not comfortable with shower. More over the shower make more wastage of water.

Hotels location, food through bikanervala was good. Except for internet rest of the amenities; hot water ( had to waste lot of water before hot water could flow tap. Amenities like toilet paper proper nos of towels for two persons was missing and finally had to be sought. Not sure the package price from make my trip allows for basic amenities. Mini fridge was not working. We stayed for 3 nights repeated promise that it will be replaced never happened.

The reception guy was very helpful and understanding. Kodoos to him. This is boy without the turbin. However at the housekeeping small things like a complementary package bottle of water, one must to ask for. I was provide ro water in 2 glass bottles. There was not tissue paper, toiletry zero. Why was the rate that low. Rest all was good

You can expect a decent stay at reasonable price. Location is good. Bikanervala below the premise is quite ordinary though.

The best LEO FORT HOTEL i’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv and high quality service.

Overall the stay was very premium and clean and smooth experience it had a restaurant which had great food only 1 reason for which i deducted 1 star is that there were several power cut in LEO FORT HOTEL

Very nice behavior of the staff and food was also delicious at reasonable price and this LEO FORT HOTEL is much developed than other LEO FORT HOTEL s of ludhiana.

5. This LEO FORT HOTEL was at a good location in the city. Cleaning was upto the mark. Even the bed and bed sheets were good. Since they are above bikanerwala so we have options for food.
