Location was good but food and facilities not up to the mark voltage problem , room lights was dim overall average

They need to mention that there is a 400 m hike to reach the place. It's just very hectic to reach the location. The host is not welcoming at all. If you want to have food, you need to get hungry at the time when the host wants it, or else, stay hungry. Hosts's behaviour is not polite at all and has all the excuses. If you want anything from market, you just can not access it because of the hike. Moreover, the food given by her is not at all tasty and the prices are very expensive. There is no closet or almira as well in the room, so managing your clothes and all is a task. In a few words, it is not recommended to stay at the place.

The host is very welcoming, she arranged a cab for us to visit the places we wanted to. She herself cooks the food that's served in the cafe, and it tastes very homely. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The view from the property is breathtaking, as it is located at a height from the main road. It was a great decision for us to book this property.

A great place to find peace in the lovely valley. Lute offers you great views and a truly hospitable host which is indeed a rarity nowadays. You'll also get amazing food alongside with pretty decent rooms. The location is very ideal as well with plenty of spots to go nearby. For places that are far, the host can always arrange you with a cab instantly. There are multiple books, few instruments along with plenty of games in the common area which makes the stay there even more exciting. Thank you amisha for hosting us. )

Location is okay it has beautiful mountain view but the main problem occurs when one has to hike too high to reach the hotel. It is at the very top and very difficult specially when you do so much adventure and return to your hotel. Your leg will literally cry out. As per price the quality of food was not good. Prices are too high.

The rooms are spacious and the view is pretty beautiful, but just remember you have to carry your own suitcases all the way 300m up the mountain, that’s quite a task. Apart from that the hosts are welcoming and the food is also delicious

The place is little off from main road with some hike. Place is small and the local owner is sweet and supportive

The stay was awesome. You will get everything if you are looking for an adventure, peace, breathtaking views, coziness, delicious food etc. We really enjoyed staying there.

property is located at a small hill with a magnificent view in daylight as well as in night. rooms are enough clean and well maintained. this is all possible because of aashna and bhabi. feel free to come and stay. but yes maintain the decorum of property and environment because here people are very descent. thank you.. here the last word will be *decent*
