Lia's Beach House | Room & Restaurant

The stay was okayish as they had at-least a parking which was next to property but open one and in this summer the car was damn hot. The beach is not clean and the approach road to beach is full of trash. There is no direct view of beach. It's more like a creek. There is no provision of food and beverages. The manager and staff wont help either in helping us get it. They will give directions to main road.

Excellent location of the property - little interior but isolated and on the sea shore, Safety measures were in place. The room and washroom were clean. Had a bit of a hassle while parking our car but they sorted the issue himself. Had a wonderful stay overall. Will recommend this place if you're a beach person.

The stay is excellent for budget range. Nearer to the beach, we can have view of sea on roof top. Mr. Shanmugam, the staff is very helpful. Overall, a good stay guaranteed.

The location is near to the beach 500 mtrs walk, few things i did not like are 1. No drinking water facility 2. Hospitality from property managers is not that good

Actually this property lying in tamil nada but they mentioned as it’s in pondy. But we can able to get the bottles from pondy easily. Host also very kind on this matter. Superb property for bachelors
