LIBING GRAND

First of all i would like to talk about the location of this LIBING GRAND. It is at a very convenient location right at the end of upper mg marg above pantaloons. The location is really good with shops, restaurants all just within 1 min walkable distance from it. Baskin rob-bins is also just below the LIBING GRAND, how cool is that. Now talking about the room, we had booked a family room. Unlike other LIBING GRANDs who provide only mattress for the extra guests they provide a huge family room with two double beds which is perfect for two persons on each bed so total of 4 adults can easily stay in the family room. The size of the room was very big with enough space to walk around, the washroom was also big enough and very neat and clean. There was also a large balcony with the room from where i could clearly have the hill view. The LIBING GRAND has an inbuilt restaurant which has all kinds of indian food in its menu. You just need to order and they provide a quick delivery of your order in your room. The food taste is average. Now talking about their staff, the behaviour of all the staffs are very very polite and very good. From the security to the reception staffs as well as the waiters all are very very soft and polite. I found the LIBING GRAND to be good in all aspects. I would like to stay here when i revisit gangtok

The overall experience was great. Travel-led in the month of january. Location: wonderful location if you are looking for closeness to mg marg, numerous food options and shopping. The streets are hustling, so if you are ok with staying near the market, the location is the best. Just step out and you are on the mg marg. Cleanliness and hygiene: the room was good with a good view of the hills. No unpleasant smell and cleanliness was good. Overall great experience. If i was to nitpick, unavailability of a room heater by default (although it is available for extra payment) is a small con.

It was a great stay at the LIBING GRAND. 5 star LIBING GRAND facilities was provided and they have their own bar and restaurant available which was at reasonable price. The location was also at prime location and easily be travel-led with car or any vehicle. The staff was good and the most important thing was thier behaviour and helpfull. I highly recommend these LIBING GRAND for everyone who want to stay at gangtok for 2 or 3 days and i will really thank to make my trip for giving me discount with which i was able to afford it.

Hospitality was great and the staff are very welcoming. They'll go out of their way to help you with everything you need. The location of the LIBING GRAND is right at the end of mg marg. Everything you need is at walking distance. Rooms are very clean and spacious, have huge balcony with attached for you to enjoy your tea time. Overall a great stay n will definitely be referring and re-booking the LIBING GRAND shortly.

This LIBING GRAND is right at the mall road, an elevator from the LIBING GRAND takes you right on the mall road. The LIBING GRAND is above pantaloons, which has a great collection. The restaurant serves the yummiest of the food. The staff is really very helpful and courteous. The LIBING GRAND is new and is well made and clean. The hygiene is maintained thought out the premises. Highly recommended and will stay again.

When i saw it situated above a showroom, i thought it was a bad decision. But when i was take upstairs to the lobby and then to the room, i was like wow! location can’t be any better. It has very clean room and the bathroom. Room that i had booked, was bigger than the average LIBING GRAND rooms. It was airy too. Food was equally good. I will definitely book this LIBING GRAND whenever i will come to gangtok.

We stayed in this LIBING GRAND for 3 nights between 29 may-1 jun, 2023. The LIBING GRAND is new, very clean, rooms are spacious, location is perfect, just near mg marg and staffs are cordial and helpful. Traveled with family. Only gripe is about not having any emergency service on premise. My wife had a severe food allergy and there was no doctor available on call, neither any means of obtaining medicine.

The staff behavior is excellent. The LIBING GRAND has a great restro bar above its roof. The food is also great which is being provided. The room has nice bed and cushions. The room is spacious and has great view

The best LIBING GRAND on mg market road. Very neat and clean rooms with luxurious bathrooms. Loved the food there. The staff was really helpful. The view from the rooms was amazing. Totally worth it. Will definitely stay there again.

The room, staff, and location are very good. Food can be better. Not very costly but the balcony is not available.

Pleasant stay, child friendly and safe, food quality and variety of dishes was very delicious and mouth watering.
