Very friendly owner. They have an aqua-guard facility as well. They heated my food in their personal kitchen as i had some leftover to eat for dinner

Stayed for 2 days, 2000- per day. Good location is walkable to candolim beach and many restaurants. Rooms are neat

Stay was good except to the price. Property location was very good.

The property is located in candolim, although you can't hear hustle and bustle of market, but it's close enough from all the eateries/pubs/supermarket/beach by walk from 5-10 minutes. Rooms are spacious, clean. Staffs are really helpful. Host is cool as well. Wi-fi signal is bit problem in first floor, so you will have bit difficulty with network if you are going to do wfh.

No power from morning 9 Am till 6 Pm on 27th April no power back up at all was provided. When asked why there is no back up even for fan or light, never heard an illogical answer from any hotelier till now in our life that it's department fault. By that logic, if the department will not provide electricity for 2 days then you have to be without light, fan, and AC for 2 days. No power for 10 hours in April heat, no WiFi at all when needed, so think twice before booking. It was pathetic stay.

Hotel is good, located near to beach. Cleanliness is good. Restaurant is not available. If anyone is just looking for stay then it may be a good choice.

I stayed at this hotel for three days with friends. It was a pleasant stay. Location was very good. Very near to the beach. Rooms and toilets are well maintained. Supporting staff are very helpful. Window A. C was not functioning well. Otherwise this was value for money. Wish to visit Goa again and certainly will book this hotel.

Excellent place to stay. Feels like home. Terill is really very helpful and very nice human being. Please visit this place if anyone is in Goa Candolim. All places nearby are at walking distance. Enjoyed a lot

I had problem with AC it was not working but again they have shifted me in other room where AC was leaking then again they repaired and then finally it was working. Expected much more but need to be happy with whatever I have got. Thanks You It has been great to stay at your place.

Hotel owner is very good. Location of hotel is plus point at 5 minutes walking distance to the Candolim beach and good restaurants. Rooms are spacious. Cleanliness can be improved bit more to add value for money.

Everything is OK. Only one thing that I have to pay the hotel Rs 500/- in cash as they told me that they have forgotten to add the charge for my son of 7 years, but in my e-ticket as you sent me, there was the mention of my son.

Room was good and clean, location is also very good, many of the live music restaurants and bars are near the hotel, candolim beach is only few meters away from hotel. There is no restaurant facility in hotel.

Location was one of the best in candolim, given with the price charged. But, the service was not available or rather anything extra than room was chargeable separately, which was not worth. I mean, you do not get daily/any services apart from the room ., it was pretty cool for me, as I did not need any at that time.

It was a great trip and have a great time in Goa. Location was great and near the candolim beach great location. Hotel was good but air conditioner was not working properly but staff was cooperative. Overall great fun

Well no free WiFi and Laundry Facility they are chargeable net speed not good. Rooms are decent value for money if booked through MMT not by direct check-in Fan speed not that great. Over all good experience

Very nice Experience Worth Staying in Neat and clean rooms very responsive and humble staff ready to service you anytime, Breakfast was very good, Food ordered was really tasty and worth spending on food in all met all the expectation.

Had a great experience at this property. Though it is not as luxurious but it is Simple, Clean and Comfortable enough to stay even with family or just friends. Conveniently located. A/C Rooms with and without balcony and comfortable bedding, a peaceful locality. It has a nice small cafe 20 feet across serving early morning breakfast, a bottle shop, 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 mins walk to the supermarket, restaurants and bars. The owner and the staff are really courteous and helpful. You might want to speak to the owner if you get a chance to know more about the locality. Calangute is 2 km away from the property, you either hire a 2 wheeler, or hail a taxi or walk it all up. The Famous Tito's Lane is 10 minutes drive from the hotel. Aguada Fort is 10 mins drive.

I stayed at this location for 2 days. I feel this is a great place for staying in Goa. I like it. This is value for money. I can't express in words. Great place for family. You all are suggested to book a hotel by makemytrip.
