Good stay at all for solo travel

Liked the location and services provided by staffs

Very good option for staying. All the staff are very well behaved, helpful. Rooms were large enough, clean and cozy with good location and good views.

We stayed at Lily Guest House as two couples with two small kids, and we had a wonderful experience. The property is peaceful, clean, and perfect for families. The rooms were cozy, well-kept, and gave us a very homely feeling throughout our stay. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming — they helped us with everything from local tips to small requests for the kids. Their hospitality truly made our Shillong trip even better. The location is great too, with easy access to major sightseeing points while still offering a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had a very comfortable and memorable stay. We stayed at Hotel Krazzy Rooms as a group of two couples with two small kids, and our experience was absolutely delightful! The property is clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. Staff were polite and very helpful

Hotel was nice , around 15mins drive from Police Bazaar. Parking space was good . Room quality was ok but not exact as shown in picture. Also one of the rare hotels where TV actually had access to channels. They served complimentary breakfast too which was sufficient. Also balcony view was great. Staff were helpful.

Good enough, but needs improvement, should provide toiletries. Better food is another thing, should make their breakfast and other stuff better. Mostly assamese staff, so will feel more at home.

Except staff behaviour everything was bad, the hotel like toiletries, dental kit, shaving kit, even though they don't have ceiling fan, . location is very far away than market
