property is good enough but they should work upon the hospitality and service part property really needsa renovation before accepting bookings ,terrible experience about water supply not coming from tab . we had worst with supply of water although ground and 2st floor was ok if they will improve these things stay could be a dream stay for many tourist because of the view the space , greenery and somehow Aunty the owner trying her level best to give better experience to the visitors

The stay could have been better unfortunately the room was not the way it was promised. Untidy and have issues with flush with lack of hygene inside the bathroom. No toiletries were provided and the towels were not even clean that includes the shabby bedsheet. The main door key doesnt work nor it gives a secure feel. While all this are a surprise for me which was a let down yet kudos to the host ms. Reetha and mr. Rajeev. They were very friendly, helpful and the hospitality they provided was excellent including their yummy home cooked food. Besides all the negatives this is one good thing thst i can say and i really thank them for it. Having said my kind request to make sure the stay also is clean like their heart. Thanks

Dear Bharat, I am sorry for not being able to meet your standards, each and every guest is happy with our standards of cleanliness and provisions of toilet requisites and sachets of tea milk and coffee near the electric kettle. I would like to inform you, just in case you don't know that a blanket had food dropped on it haldi patches,and two out of four borosil glasses were broken about which I was not informed. Overall experience is good, room was well organised and quite spacious for 4 of us. We haven’t had our breakfast for two consecutive days due to our late train. One day we requested for lunch as we were not able to go outside, but the villa staff asked for 500 for two meals along with two free plates. We should have provided lunch without paying for it as we already have not used the complimentary offers of the villa. Rest all is well, even we are given gifts while we were departing.

Location and stay was good but it requires a good maintenance. Staff behaviour and gesture was also good. There were some electricity issue for which inverter or dg was not there as alternative. I enjoyed the vacation.

We have an inverter for fan and light ,but the air conditioner will not work without electricity during a power cut. Sorry for that .We are happy you chose lime villa Varanasi for your stay,we can do anything and everything except the government power cut. Would love to meet you again.

familyThe location is quite far and sometime difficult to find transportation. The maintenance. Of the place leaves quite a lot to be desired since the water was cold, place was unclean and hygiene is a problem.
