Amazing property, helpful staff and all amenities given in a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to stay here. I asked for extra towels for my friends living in the dorm and they were very helpful with that as well. Amazing amazing amazing, no complaints.... only thing is to have breakfast at the property and try other eateries outside.

I had a single bed in one of the rooms - extremely well-maintained and clean, blankets were really great, and we even had a small reading light. Rooms also had a locker facility to keep belongings

The location was great, the food was also good and the amenities and services were good also the staff was also good.

I found it on make my trip site. Stay was excellent, l must say. But the food is not so good. Kindly upgrade the quality and taste of food.

I visited this in August vacations and it was unforgettable experience for me. The hostel staff was so courteous and helpful in every way possible. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms were neat and clean. Coming to the food quality, it was superb and delicious. Their chefs are fantabulous. The manager allowed us late check out as well. I will be staying here again in next year

Great location, close to the Dalai Lama’s monastery, comfortable stay. Roof top Café was under construction at the time. Had slight issue with cleanliness but manager fixed the issue.

Stay was okay but the staff were not welcoming. Their behavior was little rude, and way of taking was full of attitude at reception as well as cafeteria. Only one staff i found polite but i don't know his name. Even the management and amenities was average, but the good thing is its location is good, very close to mall road and dalai lama temple and also, it has the separate female doms.

It was good but could have been better if lift and food quality along with serve time would have been better.

Staff behavior is not upto the mark. Rest are ok. Fooding cost is very expensive. Location is a bit far specially when you are exhausted.

Stay was amazing with many facilities like food (breakfast, lunch, dinner, bike rentals, paragliding booking and the place is near dalilama temple and mall road most of tourist places are nearby stay.
