Very beautiful location with plantation view rooms

It was a memorable trip for us in Livingston homestay. We had taken the wooden cottage. Such a beautiful place for nature lovers. We went on weekdays. Had breakfast and dinner at the stay. The food was amazing on those days. There is parking available. We had stayed for 4 days and loved it there

My one-night stay at Livingston Home Stay was an absolute delight, nestled amidst a serene and vast coffee plantation. The peaceful ambiance, where you can walk or trek for hours surrounded by nature, truly makes you forget the noise and stress of the world. The Blossom Cottages are beautifully designed — spacious, well-thought-out, and equipped with every amenity you might need. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and thoughtful hospitality. The staff were extremely courteous, gentle, and soft-spoken, making me feel completely at home. Their delicious onion pakoras and perfectly grilled kebabs added a special touch to the experience. Every interaction felt warm and genuine, reflecting the heart of true hospitality. It was an excellent stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again.

Stayed here for just a single night. The owner Sachin and the caretaker Rajendra were extremely friendly and hospitable. They were very willing to provide good service and suggestions for sightseeing. The property was beautiful and tranquil, and is a very convenient location which was close to the city as well as all tourism spots. The food service was also good and homely in taste. The filter coffee here is a must try. Just one very small but bearable negative - the toilet fittings could be slightly better. But nevertheless this place is worth another visit with a longer stay.

My stay at Livingston Homestay was fantastic. True to its name, it exudes a cozy, homely ambiance. The cottages are meticulously maintained, with cleanliness being a top priority. The property, located deep within sprawling coffee plantations, provides a tranquil getaway far from the city's chaos. Sachin is a remarkable host, personally overseeing every detail to ensure a seamless experience.

We stayed in Livingston homestay as a group for 2 days. Booked 3 indvidual cottages. Its very well built in a lush green coffee estate. Had a feeling of staying in luxury hotel. Special thanks to care taker and cook. They were always a shout away for any help. Food will be limited, but were served hot and tasty. Enjoyed the coffee they prepared a pot. Property owner Sachin always a ping away in whatsapp for whatever help we need. Overall its a pleasant stay and would like to visit again

Our stay was wonderful and as this was the coffee blossom season ,the coffee plantation with bloomed flowers all around was as if the it was snow capped. And I should definitely mention the kind hospitality of the staff and the homely food. I would definitely recommend this to my circle as a great stay option😊

Lovely stay at sunrise room. Very clean property and rooms. Location surrounded by coffee plantations and was good for walks within and outside the property. Pet friendly.

The place is a gem. Located amid-st beautiful coffee plantations, it offers a peaceful and scenic retreat. The room was comfortable, well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure great experience.

Good place to stay. Close to the nature as well as to the city. Calm n quiet surrounding. Service was good. Food quality was equally good, close to liking simple but tasty !

The rooms were clean, staffs were prompt, food was simple, homely and good. The price at which the rooms and food was a little higher than expectations.

There was no ac. In this hot summer we were there without ac. Nd there was no any room service. Food was good

Wonderful location and it has an estate of it's own where you can see pepper/coffee platations. I stayed in the independent cottage which was a wonderful experience. The location is also ideal especially of you are having your own vehicle. It is not to far to reach mulayangiri peak and the main town as well. The breakfast was fabulous too. Also they did a special floral decoration for us for our anniversary which made it special.

Amenities, beds, blanket were not upto the mark and not worth paying for the money spent. No food available when we stayed and breakfast brought from outside was just okay. Community and plantation is quiet and good for a one night stay. Very hospitable but needs improvement in quality of stay.

Overall it was a good stay. The homestay is easily accessible, not very far from the main city. The caretaker and the cook were courteous. We were greeted by the owner on our arrival. We were also helped with a suitable itinerary. Areas of improvement: 1. Quantity of food could be looked into. On second morning the Dosas were exhausted. 2. Quality of service could be improved. While serving Tea or Coffee care should be taken that the beverage has not spilled out of the cup into the tray. 3. Check out experience could be better. While we were checking out the caretaker/cook had billed us for non veg food. It took some explanation to convince that we did not consume any non veg items and hence the bill should be revised. But in the end it was amicably settled. 4. The cleanliness of beddings can be improved. 5. Cockroaches should be the care of. 😀 The property has a large plantation and you wake-up to the sounds of birds and peacocks.

Stay was okay. This homestay needs a renovation. Bathroom and furniture is old. Food is nice. We stayed in family room so in one room theres no bed. Mattresses on floor. Overall 3/5z
