Liza Regency

I have traveled a lot, but I have never seen such a dirty hotel like this one. I had to stay there because there was no other choice — two others were with me, and we had already paid for the hotel before arriving. Every night, I had to ask the staff to clean the room and change the bedsheets, but no matter how many times they changed them, the same kinds of stains were still there. They said it was food oil left by other guests who ate in the room. There were lots of cockroaches and bedbugs, and I even saw a rat running in the restaurant. The only good part was that the receptionists were very helpful and kind — other than that, nothing was good.

It was good hotel, clean, and stuff very good. I'm happy with their service.

staff is very polite...but emenities are so bad ....it doesn't deserve only 1500 is enough

Yellow water for brushing and bath, the water tank of the hotel was not clean. Lot of noise from Traffic outside till 12 am. Cockroaches in room. Fridge was not working and they replaced it upon complaint. Staff was polite and humble, doing their best to do what they can do but basic amenities were missing.

This hotel was terrible for family stay. After checking in I checked out immediately after checking. No proper amenities. AC not cooling,television not working. Rooms and hotel didn't resemble what shown in the pics.

I had a pleasant stay at Liza Regency. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. A great option for a short and hassle-free stay.

Good location, Food is good except breakfast. Restaurant will open only for lunch & dinner. Staff: very cooperative. Amenities: average.

I recently stayed at Liza Residency. The property was impeccably clean and neat, and the staff were exceptionally polite and provided outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend

The room I was given was very small and it was dirty. The sheets were torn. Also, the room was near to the roadside and continuous noises were coming from the road. I could not sleep the bed. Quality was also bad. Blanket was dirty. The washroom was pathetic. There was no toilet paper. There was no dental kit provided the glass. The wash basin taps were very bad and condition.I was charged ₹1900 for this room and it is no close to ₹1900. Please do not come to this hotel. There is a restaurant also I went for a mutton Rogan dish and the pieces were so hard. I doubted it was Mutton or I don’t know it would have been a stale mutton

The room is very small. I booked the room for 3 adults. Accordingly the money has been deducted from my account. but no arrangement for 3 adults.

The room were not entirely clean, mirror and cupboard were covered in dust, so i couldn't hang my clothes in cupboard, when i asked for ironing box the box was not clean so when i used i got some strains on my white shirt where i was about to attend an interview on that morning i was in such a negative midset due to your hotel was not cleanliness. No tv connection. But other than that wi-fi connection was good. Yo provided freah up equipment when i arrived early morning the reception attend the call at early 5:30 am to give direction to the hotel it was good. I hope you rectify the problems i mentioned earlier and other than that it was a nice stay at liza regency

Check-in was smooth, room was okay. We booked for a family room. Both acs were licking water and our bed and room floor was fully wet.
