A very bad room and service check out time is 12 but he was knocking on the door many after 11:40 never came again

extremely poor cleanliness, Rooms are small, uncomfortable, or have issues like faulty ceilings or lack of proper amenitie. The property is in a state of disrepair, with shabby and outdated interior

The property was not maintained at all. Honestly it was a bad experience. Make my Trip should do proper check of the property before adding it to portal

I have checked in on 6th March 2025. initially i checkin room in ground floor 104. after checkin to the room i found there was dirty wite towel kept in the bed after, there was loose wire near the television where the tv was not working, loose wires near pillow, flush in the bath room was not working. then I asking for change it room they provided me in 2 nd floor in 2nd floor room wardrobe was open and broken and the room seems like devil room and again I came back to ground floor thinking that ground floor is better than 2nd floor. No hotwater during evening time after asking they said hot water is only between 6.30 to 9.30. any way I slept for that night. next morning for breakfast there is no buffet breakfast I asked for breakfast they said they can provide allo paratha and coffee and omblet. so friends who want to stay here better choose other hotels. i don't know why make my trip is referring such status.

Not at all clean and tidy, the table is broken and dust everywhere, they have not maintained the hotel

very bad experience with facilities as well as staff, highly unrecommmended. why do nmt even have 1,2 rated places in options

the experience was really exhausting and very very horrible. we just had a trip back to Delhi from manali and they weren't even showing enough hospitality to us tourists , that too people who are back after a long trip. the rooms were not worth the money at all. the toilets were not clean, not working properly, so and so. the people are just business minded, they don't care about the customers at all. would never come back here again.

Service was really pathetic and no hygiene was there in the room.

Room condition was horrible. Hot water at 8 am. Breakfast was late. Room not hygienic also. It does not worth rs 2500 rent. I advice not to go to this lodge

Room was dirty, uncomfortable bed, no hot water also on check out time 12 pm but the staff came at 10:50 am and said please leave room 11 am check out time 12 pm check he said no no please leave within 10 to 15 minutes overall bad experience in this hotel.

The dirty room, uncleaned bed and toilet makes a horrible experience. They are not providing toiletries also unless you asked for the same. Even after repeated persuasion also room cleaning is not done.

1) room- not clean, insufficient light, mattress is completely destroyed. 2) food- pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. 1st hotel person conveyed that breakfast options are only two then said it's limited only, post ordering served amulet was very raw and not cooked properly as bread is very sticky, served tea was cold. Terrible reply and behaviour of the service staff and every time he needs to ask bhiya. Finally i checked in at 12 am night and checked out at 9 am so for 9 hrs i paid 2600- and received a horrible service and went to my work empty stomach. Horrible experience, pathetic service and post my this review if makemytrip cram team don't take any action then i will be highly desatisfied.

Rooms are ok but towels are not hygienic and there's no hot water supply. Way too costly for the amenities provided. The receptionist forced me to give a 5 rating at the counter.
