Lloyds Serviced Apartments

Second visit to the property. Chosen because of its location. Did not require to consume food though. However the most irritating part of this whole experience I was offered a full refund for a cancellation even though i did not want it. Thankfully i didn't cancel since i would not have been able to get the room on july 11 at this property if i had done so! Highly customer unfriendly!

Close to high activity yet in a calm area. Large rooms, all required amenities, very friendly staff particularly the property in-charge, decent food. What can improve the place is the availability of coffee/tea maker in the room and repair replacement of some old fixtures. Recommended.

Location - excellent, service - good, food - very good and homely. On request prepared and served hot staple food for dietry control leading to fast recovery. Suggestion - tv should be at least 32 inch size, exhaust fan in bathroom, change window ac to split to reduce noise

The stay was really good. Like home, and service was awesome. All members are great. Helped however they can. We ordered food late, but they managed to serve us. And took the order without any hesitation. Superb services. I would prefer lloyds whenever i visit chennai

We had a pleasant stay at lloyd. They were very cooperative and the breakfast preparation was good. They adjusted with the menu whee said we are not taking the breakfast with the current menu.

Excellent location. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Room is clean. Excellent, very tasty breakfast and food. Bathroom also clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Safe place.

Stay was pleasant building and furnitures are old but well maintained no foul smell spreads where near food was good
