LNB RESIDENCY

We stayed there for a day, we booked through makemytrip and yet to do a early check-in they have asked for 250 rs extra. We even told them that we would be vacating very early next day like 4am but still they have asked for 250 to do early check-in. Except this additional fee every other aspects it was good. The room size were okay for a couple. It's very close to railway station. Good service. Lot of food options in the closer proximities. We could get cabs and autos in the door step of the LNB RESIDENCY. Govinda raja swami temple is at a walking distance.

The stay at lnb, tirupati was really purposeful as it is near to everything. Railway station, bus stand to tirumala, famous govindaraja temple at tirupathy in walkable distance, at the centre of market place got autos taxis to tiruchanur amman temple etc. Lnb associated with a big and good restaurant with tasty food at the next door. With centralised ac, hot water tv, the stay in the room was pleasant. We stayed in the standard room. The size is compact just sufficient for two with a small kid only.

I booked lnb residency thru mmt. I have always found mm t to be very trustworthy be it any type of booking. Lnb residency is an excellent LNB RESIDENCY very near to tirupati railway station and tirumala bus stand. Rooms have been furnished giving a lot of thought to guests comfort. Rooms are a bit small, but because of the proper usage of space, it is comfortable. Staff service and attitude is good. There is a restaurant attached to this LNB RESIDENCY which provides good food.

Rooms as described amenities as described cleanliness as described only issue was no regular housekeeping unless asked for more importantly location is convenient just behind vishnu nivasam so boarding bus & debording bus to & fro from tirumala respectively is very convenient & time consuming govindraj swamy temple walkable distance of approx 400-500 metres & padmawati temple buses start from just outside the LNB RESIDENCY itself so very convenient location.

Room was super great, clean, & nice. Photos and actual are matching. Though there were minor glitches like, tv not working, wash-basin light was not working, wardrobe door was broken etc. Another point to ponder upon is the check-out time. I had read somewhere that the LNB RESIDENCY has 24hrs check-out time, but while check-in, the LNB RESIDENCY person said, it is 12pm. Check-in / check-out. So they added additional early check-in charges to my billing,

Rooms were first class to start with. They have an affiliated restaurant in case you wanna have breakfast/lunch/supper. Then we had trouble booking darshan tickets in advance but were stubborn to get them on saturday. Vishnu nivas being right in front of it like 50 mts made our job easy. Also most of the electric buses start to tirumala from there. Additionally it's like 100 mts away from railway station. Wouldn't think twice before booking it again.

We stay in same LNB RESIDENCY in tirupathi always, very near to railway station & bus station & it’s in centre of the city, also ac ev buses going to tirumala starts just opposite side of this LNB RESIDENCY. Manager mr saiprasad took good care of us by doing pre-checkin, also informed us about dharshan & many things, all the staffs were good & polite, rooms was also clean & nice, restuarent attached to this LNB RESIDENCY had tasty food

We booked a deluxe room 3+1 bed which is spacious for a family to stay. The only thing that covered is the sofa chair single seater cover is stained hence not seemed to be usable…. Expect few more hygiene with respect to seating chair…….also it close to train station and all cabs and buses are available straight from the LNB RESIDENCY due to prime location… they too have a good veg restaurant …. Fast Check in and check out process……

Location is very convenient, walkable distance from railway station and govindaraj swamy temple. Food is good and hygienic. You get buses to tirumala and tiruchanoor padmavathi temple. Good staff and very prompt services. Great place for elderly and even for kids and family.

The LNB RESIDENCY was very neat and clean. Liked the service and very helpful staff as well. Food was also fine and good amenities as well.

Location is very convenient from railway station and vishnu bhawan is also near by for token of tripathi bala ji darshan

Great place with improvements needed for hot water and parking. U have restaurant at the premises which is good. Not suitable for elderly people as they to climb stairs.

Clean rooms. Good adjacent restaurant. Proximity to railway station and bus stand. Reliable and trustworthy.

I stayed at LNB RESIDENCY lnb residency with my family in tirupati. I had a wonderful experience at the LNB RESIDENCY. The LNB RESIDENCY staff was very helpful. Makes your stay comfortable. The room was wonderful, clean and very comfortable and hygienic. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Nice place to stay. Highly recommended.

Closer to railway station. They have a restaurant attached to the LNB RESIDENCY. It was closed during our stay due to election. There are taxi, auto stands nearby

Service from make my trip is so good but LNB RESIDENCY service is not good. Bedsheets, towels were not good and hygiene.

Excellent accomodation inlnb residency, rooms are near and clean and convinent for guests restaurant also near by stay easy to reach tirupati railway station.

Excellent ac room. Tidy. Very comfortable & calm stay inspite of in a busy area. Adjacent to railway station and busstand. Door step bus stop connecting tirumala, tirupathi and tiruchanur. Attached with quality restaurant serving healthy food.

Food is expensive, taste is average, location is very near to tirupathi railway station and service is good.
