Rooms are ok. No Shower gel & toiletries were there in the Washroom. After lots of follow-up I got all required toiletries. Poor Service & arrogant reception. There is no coordination between the Hotel Reception & Service team. Lots of kiosks. They charged me Rs 500 for their hotel towel washing. The only best part of my stay was their restaurant food. The restaurant was good & their staff was also too supportive.

Property: They mentioned a king bed for me but I got a queen so had to ask for an extra bed. They gave me an extra bed but without a cot and had to put that extra bed down the floor. No welcome drink given as mentioned. The bathroom did not have a proper pipe and shower connection. Both need to be on to work. The latches on the door have been struck and need to put oil on that so that it's smooth. TV remote was not working but I got it fixed by calling them. Food was very good but expensive. Location is also ok.

It’s a nice property with neat and clean room. Food is good. Their intercom was not working and while bringing my car up from parking person has scratched it with wall. Over all good stay and I can book it again.

The mentioned things were not given Like no foot wear, no welcome drink, dental kit they provide upon asking, AC was not proper. After calling also they took 20 min to come. Bathroom was also ok not worthy of money.
