the reception lady was welcoming. shift leader from front desk didn't give me an upgrade although he could have done. i'm supposed to get it if i reach back to the team. but i was in a hurry. they should ask about all these. the room was very good, so clean as we expect from the lords. food was good in the restaurant. the staff there was very helpful and friendly. they don't have beer 🍺 options at all.first day i was told no beers second day 2-3 very regular beer options. they should keep some more beer options. bira, loan wolf, heineken, kingfisher belgium wheat beer. 4.5 out of 5. thanks

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Hotel was great eqsy to find the location situated in main area staff and food was good but one thing they charge 89₹ of one water bottel which mrp was 30₹
