My family and I had a wonderful stay here, but the food we bought had a 15% discount, which we were not given at the hotel. Our food bill was Rs 1022.

Clean and hygienic property, friendly staff,good location and well maintained. Rooms are accommodate with all basic amenities. Also food is great.

1- The prices were very high with respect to the services provided. 2- no one assisted me to take luggage from reception to the room as they were having lunch. 3- my colleague got the same category of room on 60% of the price which I paid. I paid approx 4800/- ( including breakfast) and they got it in 2300/- ( excluding breakfast) 4- no facility for night stay of drivers. I had to spend on it separately.

I want to mention about my stay, on the time checkout staff was over there and manager make a bill of Rs 700/- for strain in towel that was not made by me.

Everything about the hotel was great but the food and the restaurant staff surpassed that of even some 5-star hotels. Excellent overall!

My stay there was pleasant. I had read some mixed reviews about them online, but one doesn't need to pay attention to them. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch, it was well maintained and the room keeping staff was very cooperative. Although we did face an altercation, during the checkout, we were accused of using one of the items from the minibar, which we hadn't, but they weren't ready to even listen to our point of view. It was later cleared that their staff made a mistake in counting the items, and we were spared. It is human to make mistakes but the handling of that matter could have been better. Regardless, I would rate my stay 8/10, while giving special mention to their cleaning (10/10).

Stayed at Hotel Lords Eco Inn on August 18, 2025. The rooms were compact, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, with about 70% unsure of their roles or duties. They relied heavily on a few experienced staff members. Despite booking breakfast and dinner, the dinner options were limited to a single advance buffet item, regardless of dietary preferences. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 AM, but it wasn't ready until 8:30 AM, leaving us waiting for nearly 1.5 hours. The hotel's amenities and services seem more suited to a 2-star establishment, similar to OYO or Township hotels. However, the prices are considerably higher. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I'd caution others to manage their expectations."

It was a great experience to stay at this Hotel.  Breakfast & lunch was very good with both cold and hot dishes. Excellent staff & they are helpful in nature. We will definitely stay there again!

location is good. room is small. also twin bed rooms have no window. rooftop restaurant actually does not have much view food is ok
