rooms are good. no hot water. limited food options. scrambled egg was good though. lot of scope for improvement

Location: The property is situated in Jaynagar, which is a convenient area for access to local shops and transport. However, the location alone does not compensate for the shortcomings in the overall experience. Check-in Experience: I had requested an early check-in, but instead of accommodating this request, the hotel offered an “upgrade” and charged extra. This felt unfair, especially since early check-in was not provided free of cost as expected. The official check-in time of 12 PM is quite inconvenient for travelers arriving in the morning. Room & Cleanliness: The hotel itself felt quite old and not well maintained. The room was not particularly clean, which was disappointing given the price point. For a property charging per night, higher standards of upkeep should be expected. Food & Welcome Service: Despite the booking page mentioning a welcome drink, none was provided. This set the tone for a lack of hospitality throughout the stay. There was no warmth or courtesy shown by the staff, which made the experience feel transactional rather than welcoming. Amenities: Basic amenities were lacking. Hot water was not available for bathing, and even after informing the staff, no action was taken. This is a major issue, especially for guests expecting comfort. Staff & Service: Coordination among staff was poor, and unfortunately, none of the staff members interacted politely. The absence of professional hospitality was one of the most disappointing aspects of the stay. Value for Money: At for a single night, the property felt overpriced. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, absence of promised amenities, and additional charges for early check-in made the stay feel far from worthwhile. While the location is decent, the property is old, not well maintained, and the service quality was below expectations. For the price charged, guests deserve much better in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and staff hospitality.

I’ve stayed at Lord Eco Inn multiple times, and each stay has been a wonderful experience. The staff is always very humble and polite, making you feel truly welcomed. The breakfast is consistently good, and the lunch and dinner are absolutely delicious. The hospitality and food quality together make every stay awesome. Highly recommended!

it was average Experience. it was observed that proper hospitality for guest was not there. Food was average. There was a problem of bad odours with the blanket & pillow cover.

I have already raised a ticket Which is pending without a call back Coming to the stay Property was not at all well maintained Ceiling fan didn’t work And Ac was terrible noisy like a grinder running over the head Bathroom was literally old and pathetic Not clean multiple cracks and water dripping too congestive Inadequate toilet supplies Migraine issues have been triggered due to their over powering room sprays when u complained about the area not clean How would a room spray fix the cleanliness issue When i asked for alternative room. They shown me one which is close to this and as same as this and then u came to know all of their rooms in that property are at same condition Curtains were dirty and extra pillows and water bottles were provided on need basis To channels doesn’t work and remote didn’t have a battery To sum up worst stay out of my travel history I’m feeling terrible that I couldn’t move to another place Since it was weekend and I’m travelling with the elder person along me, whose condition is difficult to vacate to another place immediately on the same day. It’s high time you people start taking these things seriously and take some action towards fixing it Instead if promoting these guys in your application It ruined my peace and mental health completely by the hotel staffs coming and going over into the room the entire stay, for each issue

I booked a club room, but it didn’t meet my expectations. There is no hair dryer, iron box, or writing table in the room, and only one towel was provided. I called and requested a hair dryer, iron box, and an extra towel. Also, the room looks much smaller than what was shown in the pictures.

some smell coming in the room .. average quality ..and dining is also average.. average..u can stay for one night for some work as very close to many city places.. good food in the surrounding area

We stayed at this hotel as a family and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and always ready to help, making us feel very welcome. The food was tasty with good variety, and the location was convenient for getting around. It was a peaceful and comfortable stay, perfect for families. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

very clean property and staff are courteous and cooperative. It is in heart of Jayanagar and very near to lot of eateries and shopping centre.

Room was good. Staff very friendly. Street parking - manageable. Ordered black coffee - was pathetic.

The hotel is located in a quiet tree lined neigborhood. infrastructure of the hotel is quite good and maintained well. the beds are too springy & bouncy. restaurant service is quite swift and efficient. improvements needed in the front office staff - they are not welcoming at all, quite smug and bordering on indifference. dont take heed of requests and dont get back with confirmation. i had asked to get the bed linen changed which i suspected that it was old. had to remind at least 3 times to get the job done. need to be trained to welcome guests. perhaps this is done for online booking customers. remember, we are business travellers and make a big chunk of the bookings & we have minimal demands and needs. there is no window to many of the rooms. the window is blocked with a building band opposite to the hotel - but that's ok. overall, if they improve the service and train the staff, this can be a very good

The property was good even location also close to jayanagar but bed was spring not good to sleep properly 😔 except this issue everything was fine. i stay twins nice property

Friendly staff, clean place, good food, nice location close to grocery stores, salons and shopping.

Stay was good. Rooms were clean and neat. But the tv was not working. Details related to wifi was not mentioned.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, good service good location in jayanagar, it can be considered as a decent option for comfortable stay
