Room view is of road side. This Lords Plaza Surat has 2 restaurants. Breakfast spread was very good. In room dining is also quite good. They take 30 mins minimum to make your order for in room dining. Has speedy wi-fi. Lobby has good sitting place to work with your guest. Staffs are quite courteous and does a fantastic job. Only downside is this Lords Plaza Surat is an old style Lords Plaza Surat. So you will feel like you have transported back in 90s Lords Plaza Surat. Also this Lords Plaza Surat houses licensed liquor shop.

In my opinion, this Lords Plaza Surat is best one in surat in terms of value for money, wonderful services, cleanliness and great variety of food dishes. Everything is so accurate, so that traveller can get home stay atmosphere here in all corners of Lords Plaza Surat. I would like to tell the name housekeeping staff mr. Manila l. He is so much caring for each and every guest in order to assecrain maximum level of comfortness during stay. Whenever guest need something essential or to address some issues, at that time mr. Manilal will reach the place in correct time with all sorts of help. Thanks to mr. Manila l and entire housekeeping team

Location near railway station and bus stand. The wholesale markets are nearby. This area is overcrowded and noisy, naturally. Train and road traffic moves continously. The rooms are good and spacious. An occasional crawling insect in the room was taken care of by spraying. Swimming pool on tenth floor. There is one rooftop restaurant also. Breakfast has south indian, north indian, gujarati items etc. Eggs items available. Staff is very cooperative. They have travel desk also where mr virender mistry arranged for a very satisfying day tour. Their check out time is 10. 00 am, which may be inconvenient if your return journey is later in the day

I used to stay this lords plaza Lords Plaza Surat from last 10 years. Everything ( from front desk- housekeeping - room service - restaurant ) is of outstanding quality, punctual. Prompt & ever attentive attitude cum services are their efficiency standard. Especially mr. Bharat singh, mr. Manila l and entire housekeeping team and their regular quality efforts are really appreciated.

The location is excellent. The room is very spacious and clean with most amenities, extremely good value for money. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of dishes. The Lords Plaza Surat staffs were very friendly and accommodating they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I would recommend this Lords Plaza Surat for anyone who needs to stay in the center of surat.

I visited surat for official purpose and chose to stay at the lords plaza. The Lords Plaza Surat is very close to the railway station. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast spread is good. The rooftop restaurant is nice. The Lords Plaza Surat staff were courteous, professional. Great value for money! i will like to come back and stay here again in the future.

It was indeed a good experience while staying at lords plaza Lords Plaza Surat. It is a 4 star category property with decent roof top restaurant. The morning breakfast is provided with a variety of items which justifies the worth too. Overall it was an excellent stay. Thanks makemy trip to offer me this property on a reasonable price.

It was good as i always felt during my previous 4 stays. Lord plaza has now become my second house in surat. Hospitality starts right from the entrance gate and again ends with same warmth via reception, room's housekeeping, restaurant etc. Everyone is cooperative and caring.

Hotel is at central location near big road. Breakfast had many varities. Food served in restaurant was very good. Hotel has small gym helpful for little workout. Swimming pool was ok.
