It was a stop over stay for me in this Lords Plaza Ankleshwar and spent few hours however the rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean with good hot shower. The big let down was breakfast area where i noticed crockroaches at two different tables. I moved from one table to another thinking it is an isolated case however even at the second table i noticed it. This is completely unacceptable by any standard. Pols improve on hygiene levels at the eating area immediately.

I had booked the room for 19 and 20th nights but my check in was planned for 20th morning 5am. I was getting calls from the Lords Plaza Ankleshwar for updates of my travel and the moment i reached my room was ready, a suit room in place of executive room. Further i was shifted to the room of my choice. I appreciate the sincerety of the boys who shifted my luggage from my previous room. They didn't leave the drops for my eyes kept in the fridge. I really thank them for the service

Glad to see that they have maintained same standards despite of extremely adverse effect of pandemic on the tourism industry. Hat's off to the management and thanks a lot for taking care all the minute details to make the stay memorable.

Whenever i visit ankleshwar i'm staying in this Lords Plaza Ankleshwar only since 2016. Staff is friendly, supporting and cooperative. Food is good. Just 1 thing that Lords Plaza Ankleshwar management needs to renovate the interior of rooms as the wear n tear is now clearly visible, rest all is more than expectations.

I am regularly staying in this Lords Plaza Ankleshwar. They take utmost care for there guest towards safety and hygiene in this covid situation. Food is good. Nowadays i have seen that there air-conditioning system is not working well. They need to check the same as many a times room become get warm.

Location of lords plaza is very convenient, it's near ankleshwar railway station. Hotel exterior / interior design is aesthetic staff is very courteous break fast has many varieties. Rooms are comfortable with amenities buffet lunch/breakfast very good check in check out is swift and hassle free
