Lords Resort Chotila - Pure Veg

Location of resort is very beautiful. Rooms are quite big compared to other Lords Resort Chotila - Pure Vegs. Inf-act rooms are bigger than most of top end Lords Resort Chotila - Pure Vegs also. Cleaning was done daily. Excellent hot water facilities in bathroom. Food quality is excellent. Full marks to chef. People are friendly reception. Surrounding area is also huge so it was memorable stay. Cons : 1. Food service is extremely slow. They really need to improve. 2. Toiletries can be improved. Especially soap. 3. Sometimes basic food things also have to be asked for in much advance. E. G curd. 4. Room service was also very slow. 5. Management should be strict on guest for following all rules. E. G. No music should be allowed after late night. Overall excellent Lords Resort Chotila - Pure Veg. Would love to stay again but with quicker service

Hotel room is good. Specious room. Food is also good, but same menu both the time, lunch and dinner(both time punjabi menu. Big grund for sports activity. Ample parking. Staff is also good. Hi-gene maintained in the Lords Resort Chotila - Pure Veg is very good. Swimming pool is good for child-red and elder. Swing and chairs for sitting near swmming pool. Overall is very good.
Safety standards is good. Watchman is sitting at entry area. Even small child-ere not going outside the Lords Resort Chotila - Pure Veg alone. Balcony grill and other safety standard is good.

Overall Lords Resort Chotila - Pure Veg and ambiance is good but they have two different checkout times for online booking and spot booking. We faced too much difficulty as per their different checkout times and one of staff members called us and ask us to checkout or else they will charge us for whole day. They were not even ready to give us an extra hour to get ready and packing, ans full resort was almost empty during 6 -7 november 2020 due to covid 19. Meanwhile i lost my stuff. So pols ask checkout time when u check in

Hotel is nice. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food quality is very nice. Reception staff are helpful and courteous. Room service needs to be improved. Swimming pool needs more maintenance. Major issue is of hard water in bathroom and movement of stray dogs in lobby and other area needs to be addressed immediately. Manager mr ravi always ready to help 24x7. Overall nice stay

It was just wonderful being at Lords Resort. Enjoyed every bit of it. Staff and management were accommodating and genuinely agreed to all our extra requirements such as shifting and serving us breakfast on the day of arrival, instead of the last day as we would have missed having breakfast. Early check in to full family of 26. people.

This property is good to stay with kids as there is water Park, swimming pool, movie theatre. All the staff members are very cooperative. Neat n clean Resort. Mr. Subaroto at blue coriander restaurant is very cooperative and take care of everyone very nicely. Must visit. It's near Chotila temple so that great.

It was ok, very well maintained hygiene standards. Dining arrangements were ok. Supportive staff for breakfast there is same manu - poha & puri bhaji & both were having no taste. Only bread ****er no jam. Service is ok/ location also fine & comfortable. Specially man-gar mr. Prabhatsingh is very helpful.

There was water Park in the Resort with a very child-friendly pool and slides. We enjoyed it a lot.
