Lotus an Eco Beach Resort Dapoli Murud

Considering this was described as 5 star property, the overall experience was not at all worth 5 star in terms of either money or stay experience. - property is very nice, but is not maintained as advertised. Could have been managed better. - stay was very nice and ambience was better. Property have a direct private access to beach which was very nice. - food quality could have been better. Veg options were terrible, nonveg was a bit good. - helper staff is very nice, but the management is very poor. Reception staff / accounting people are very rude and they happen to somehow forget courtesy to customers in terms of monetary calculations. Overall, considering as a 3 star property, the experience would have been very nice. But as advertised as 5 star, the expectations were not the same.

A pleasant stay. Right from the start, the check in was super fast and hassle free. The room was super clean with all mentioned amenities in place. The overall service was excellent with no complaints at all. To add to it the restaurant staff was stupendous providing one of the best hospitality service possible with special mention about nivash mandal, shreyansh and praveen from the restaurant who were always so very helpful and attentive to your requests and provide timely service with excellent tasty food. Overall would highly recommend to lotus eco beach resort if you are planning for a relaxed stay at dapoli.

Food was overpriced but good in taste apart from biryani which was full of masala and oil..Lotus an Eco Beach Resort Dapoli Murud has been well maintained with lush green serenity and beach view..swimming pool timings are not ok its 7am to 7 pm..people enjoy at beach during the day and relaxes at evening so swimming pool timings must be extended..Lotus an Eco Beach Resort Dapoli Murud staff specifically Prathamesh, Aditya, Mrunali, Sushant and Suraj were obedient and supportive..

firstly location easily reachable by maps and perfectly on the beach, direct entry from resort to beach. Food very delicious especially the authentic Maharashtrian cuisine. Amenities wise all good, indoor games, outdoor games, kids pool, swimming pool(slightly small) very well maintained. Room service and restaurant services very humble and cooperative. overall very good experience 👍👍👍

I stayed here for two nights with my family, resort is to good but food is little expensive but it's okay because food is to good and delicious. driver accomodation available in property. resort exactly on beach so it's very convenient. room is specious and clean. staff member Sunny help us a lot. highly recommended this resort

The resort was very beautiful and the best part is the sea beach access, love the spot and the greenary. Food quality was great and taste was very good however i feel the price was a bit high. The location was very good and would like to choose the same resort if i visit again

Great resort. Next to beach. Only negative - no secure parking place, expensive resturant and no bar. Other than that the property is awesome right on the murud beach.

The food at the resort was really good. The location of the resort was perfect for sea view. The rooms were well maintained and staff was polite too. The only con were the mosquitos at night time but the Lotus an Eco Beach Resort Dapoli Murud did have some plans for it

A serene, quite cozy beach side resort with the warmth of konkan. This place has it all from clean happy rooms to scrumptious meals. Even if you are bored to do anything you can lay on one of the hammocks gazing at the sea while the sunsets.

Location food and sevices are pretty good. Amenities could have been better. There could be more activities for guest to engage in.

Property is good but rooms need some renovation. There is no cupboard for clothes. Restaurant is very good and also all staff of restaurant and all resort staff are very kind and helpful
