It's location is great. Service is also prompt. Food was also ok....given the reasonable rate. The people giving the services are all so polite and welcoming. The room is cramped and small....unless one takes the suite. Overall experience was nice.

The lotus eco resort in konark was very excellent place to stay. The cottage were neat and clean. Very peaceful and calm environment with nature at its best form. The staff of resort were very friendly and caring. Food was awesome.

Poor stay this time lots of insects in washroom and room roof they changed room but face this problem every-time in each room till 3 am , even receptionist is not responding our calls on intercom we connect with them thru Mumbai Central office. Food is good spa is good but stay is very poor, and leakage water from roof during rain in midnight

While check in I was informed check out time and breakfast time at front desk. When I was in a deep sleep I received call from front desk saying reminder for check out at 10am. Are you serious? I slept late at night I don’t ask for reminders. Because of that I have a headache and worst morning also during check out front desk was very slow I have to wait more then 20 min just to check out? It was terrible for me and disappointment stay at Lotus

I had an excellent stay at Lotus Eco Resort, Konark. The property is absolutely beautiful and serene—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff were exceptional—polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. However, the food was disappointing. Both lunch and dinner lacked quality and taste, and the breakfast spread was quite limited with very few options. For a resort of this standard, the dining experience fell short. Overall, it's a great place to stay for the ambiance and service, but the food needs serious improvement.
