Lotus Comfort Hotel

The room was very spacious and extra mattress was given for the third person. The bathroom is neat with complimentary shampoo and soap. The linen had few stains on it which could have been taken care of. There is a limited parking in front for 4 cars which is good given the location of the Lotus Comfort Hotel is prime. The accessibility and overall service was very good and they were prompt to all our needs. There was no food option which could be looked at to make it better. Overall a very safe comfortable stay with my family and I would recommend this Lotus Comfort Hotel given they try to improvise on their linen cleanliness.

The location of Hotel is great, it was easy for us to reach from bus stand without hassle. Checking in was hassle free too, the staff was very polite and understanding. The rooms were clean. Facilities were great. Best part is I really liked the security guards behavior it's rare now a days to See someone help you to put your luggage without even asking them. I Am definitely recommending this Hotel to my friends and family.

The stay was good, Lotus Comfort Hotel room was clean and spacious. However, the surrounding was noisy because it is situated near main road. Tourist destinations were within a walking distance from the Lotus Comfort Hotel . My only complaint is that I had to wait while check in and the price was little hyped in comparison to the amenities provided. Plus there is no restaurant of its own.

Hotel is at a good location as the promenade Beach is close to it with most of historical places. The only problem is no food is provided at the Hotel but has good Fooding places nearby. Almost in the market but still far off. All in all good Hotel to stay.

We were five people group. Stayed for two nights. Hotel had excellent location clean and neat. There was no breakfast offer so food is not available. Parking was ok. We all enjoyed our stay. A/c was cool and working. Service was so so

Location is very near to Rock Beach and few other tourist spot. Hotel is very clean and service was good. Breakfast was only continental, was good but suggest to add few other food items. Staff was very friendly.

Hotel is well, but a big disappointment is if anyone have car and come for the Hotel don't come to this Hotel. Parking facilities is very worst. And their responsible for the parking also worst.

Front desk staff follows safety guidelines, but other staff working are careless. Hotel doesn't have restaurant and dining area. Location is quite convenient. Hotel doesn't have restaurant.

Rooms could have been more clean and the towels were old. Could have opted for more competitively priced places. Location is great as you are close to white Town.

Nice Lotus Comfort Hotel , but TV was showing only local channels. Nice breakfast and nice staff.

Location of the Hotel is good near to Beach and market reception is average, lobby ambience good but poor service.

The place locate almost 1. 4km frm beach. Hotel room wws spacious and also though it situated in main road didnt hear any vehicle noise inside the room

We stayed for the second time here as we liked and in the center of Pondicherry nearby Beach. Staff were very few but friendly. Only on is no Hotel connected.

Car parking is narrow and on the Road. For one night stay it is ok. Food services are from outside as there is no restaurant. Room given was big enough
